It’s good for at home workouts when you don’t get any chance to go to the gym but want to do a little something. Easy to put together. Sturdy enough. My only problem is that it’s a little high so I can’t do hip thrusts on it and my feet don’t touch the ground when using as bench press (I’m 5′ 7″). 3.5 leaning towards 4. Check measurements

Would give zero stars if possible. This bench is extremely wobbly and unstable. It seems very cheaply made. Very disappointing

Right size bench.
Good , heavy bench. Makes doing sit ups correctly, easier. Also use the bench for dumbell workouts and pushups.

Wobbly – not best quality
This bench wobbles. Not an “uneven floor” wobble, a “no matter how tight the bolts are tightened with a socket wrench, the feet aren’t snug enough on the bench posts” wobble. Will do for now but replacing with a higher quality bench at some point.
