Easier to Assemble than Expected
If you have ever assembled an IKEA cabinet, dresser drawers or shelving, you have the necessary skills to assemble this machine. It is easier to assemble with 2 people. Our assembly took 4 hours. It comes with the necessary 17mm and 19mm wrench and alan wrenches. We used our own socket wrenches, but it was nice to see that the necessary tools to assemble the machine were included. I will keep these nearby just in case I need tighten any of the nuts in the future.The machine is great. It allows many different exercises and the convenience of the weight stack is great. If/when we want to do reps with weight that exceeds the weight of the stack, the included smith bar with separate weights (purchased separately) is available for heavier leg or chest workouts.The machine is sturdy enough for normal use. I will move this from its current area to our workout room when construction is finished. It is not sturdy enough to move to another room as an entire unit, so I will disassemble/re-assemble it when I move it to a new room.Customer service has been the best I have experienced in a long time. I ordered the wrong machine and they help me re-order this machine. I also received a friendly follow up to make sure the new machine arrived as promised.If you want a machine that will allow you all of the necessary exercises for weight training, this one will work well. If you are training for Mr./Mrs. Universe, you might want a machine with only free weights, but this one is incredibly convenient with the stack weights and numerous adjustments that support many different exercises.

The bench doesn’t adjust
Just set this up today. It did take my husband about 5 hours to put together. There were a few times he needed additional hands. So far it seems really good.My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the bench does not adjust. I’m 5’3 and although the leg press moves up and down I felt a little short for it. I found myself having to sit at an angle with my lower back away from the back of the bench to use the leg press. I will need to add a pillow or something to support my lower back.Haven’t used much since we just put together but so far everything seems easy to use. I sometimes feel intimidated by gym equipment and I don’t with this. Weights are easy to adjust and it seems there are many attachments and ways to use this machine. Also want to mention my husband is 5’9 and this works for him as well.

The BEST Multifunctional Gym Equipment
I love this home gym set up! This company has done an amazing job at meeting all the needs for a gym rat who can’t make it to the gym, due to working night shift. It definetly holds me accountable and helps me to be consistent with my fitness goals. It’s an entire gym all in one. The quality in the product is very sturdy and easy to set up. This gym set makes it possible to work out almost all the different muscles in the body; both upper and lower. My favorite part is the smith machine. It glides smoothly and is sturdy enough to hold at least up to 400lbs. It also has a pulley system/ cable system that is adjustable to meet the needs of certain workout movement for certain muscle groups. If you want to be consistent with your workout routine and want a system that is a multifunctional gym set invest into this gym set. They say there are a few things you should really invest your money in and that’s your bed, shoes, and a gym set. In the long run it truly is an investment. This gym set is versatile, easy to put together, helps to keep gym rats accountable and happy. My family and I really appreciate this product.
