Good starter kit
This is a good starter Pilates kit. I have mostly been wanting a Pilates ring and the rest was just a bonus. The 4 pads on the Pilates ring don’t come attached. They are foam stickers that you need to apply yourself. It wasn’t difficult but I did add one of them a little crooked and didn’t want to risk pulling it off to reapply. The ring itself is a flexible plastic but still feels strong enough to support the Pilates moves.The ball was easy to inflate with the provided straw and the quality is good. If I could change anything about the included equipment, I would have made the exercise band with more resistance. It is such a lightweight band that the resistance is minimal. However this might work if you are a beginner. The door anchor is basic but gets the job done. The towel and water bottle were kind of unnecessary but I guess a nice additionOverall I find this to be a good value for the money considering everything included.
