I’m in my Pilate era and have been for 2 months. I absolutely this set. The resistance bands are very helpful and durable. The small ball helps me take my workout to the next level and overall is a great set and easy to use for any beginner

Ok set, contains some lower quality items.
I got this set to try out the yoga ring, and it’s a good thing it was one of the better quality items in the set. The others were the ball and the plastic yoga curve thing. All of the bands are pretty light resistance and quite thin. Now, for me, this was mostly ok because I currently can’t handle heavier resistance, but the thin feeling of the bands is not reassuring. The yoga ring gives more resistance than any of the other items so it is more useful after you find some videos to shoe you how to use it.The ball is of average quality and is fine, but the instructions and the straw provided to blow it up are ridiculous. Just don’t pay attention to them. Go get a pump with a tip on it that works for an exercise ball and save yourself a lot of frustration.The plastic yoga curve thing is another item that you’ll have to look up and find videos for. I personally don’t find it useful for most of the ways they show it being used, but it is nice to lay your back over it and rest until you get some nice pops.The over all color of the set is bubblegum pink, but the resistance band loops are color coded so you can tell them apart.

Great price! Easy to workout every muscle group at home
This set is great and compact for working out from home. I love the different bands that are included. As I get more fit, I plan to use the harder ones.

Cheap quality pilates set, low resistance
This pilates set is okay. The resistance bands feel very cheap and thin and I’m concerned that they will snap with little use and hurt me. The ball is very smqll, I know that’s the idea but this one is more of a dog toy than an excersize ball. I do like the leg ring, that works as it should. The arm band is alright not much resistance so I do not feel like it will give an effective workout. The items are all easy to use if you know some pilates basics or you co7ld use with a video but if the resistance isn’t there it’s not going to work anyways. All in all, it’s not the best quality for the price.
