These are very good honey sticks and affordable as well. I highly recommend these for anyone looking to add saffron to their diet as it is very calming and helpful for the mood. I eat one to two of these everyday before I leave for work. They are also good to mix in with hot tea as well. They taste so good and are so good for you as well.

I guess it’s an acquired taste?
Ordered these hoping they would taste like honey. They do not, in fact, taste like honey. Could not really find a way to get them palatable. But then again, people say that about coffee, beer, wine — all kinds of things! Open easily enough for use, we just never really acquired the taste. But they seem very well made and I can imagine someone who does have a taste for these things very much enjoying them.

Oh my gosh, sugar coma! These are CRAZY sweet, even for honey. No way I can eat a whole one and I’ve noticed nothing from them. I initially waited several weeks to do my review. IMO don’t buy

The single-use packets are convenient, but I found the taste very strong with a noticeable aftertaste that lingered. At $29.99 for 30 sticks (about $1 per stick), it feels a bit expensive for me considering the taste and effect. Otherwise seems like its good quality and effective.
