Excellent bands and worth every penny, don’t buy the cheaper junk.
After using then for several months, all the bands are still in great shape! They work perfectly and can be used in so many different exercises. They’re very durable and show no signs of wear & tear. Highly recommend! Don’t try and save a few bucks to get those cheaper bands, those don’t last and will break on you.
