Great for at-home workouts!
These bands are sturdy and really well made. I use them when I can’t make it to the gym, and they help me stay active right at home. Super convenient and easy to set up! I want to strengthen my upper body and gradually improve my form. This has definitely been doing it for meee~

pull-up assistance band set
I’ve been working on building upper body strength, and these bands will help me finally make real progress with pull-ups. I love that the set comes with multiple resistance levels and a height-adjustable strap. It’s super easy to customize based on your strengths and goals. The foot strap stays in place and is more comfortable than I expected, and everything feels sturdy and well-made. I also like that the bands are stackable, so I can gradually reduce assistance as I get stronger.

Great Tool for Improving Pull-up
I was a bit on the fence with this product due to the many failed band attempts I’ve tried in the past. Very impressive and straightforward setup. There are no instructions but you don’t need any, IMO. The bands are rated at 50# apiece and have been good for my use but some may find it wanting more/less. They are built sturdy but we’ll see if their durability lasts, which is why I’m giving 4 stars. I’ll change it if they last more than a month. A great addition for assistance to get back into pull-up shape.

Love this!
I have never been great with wide grip chin ups since injuring my rotator cuff yet back and shoulders have always been a favorite. Since I switched from a gym to a home-gym around beginning of COVID there is so many assisted exercises that are just difficult without a partner. I am very glad that these give back the wide-grip pull ups. For the price these seem pretty sturdy and set up is maybe 15 seconds, which is perfect for gym gear.I’ve managed to use these for a kind of negative/assisted bench where it loops in the middle instead of on the outsides. Works great for that too but had to fiddle with it a bit – probably not a recommended use but it did work well.

Useful, but definitely not the resistance doted
These resistance bands are ok, I’ve been struggling with working out after some illness but am still trying to stay fit and active. I wanted something to make my pullups a little easier. These do help, but definitely aren’t the resistance noted. I can do pullups without assistance but usually pull a back muscle, with these I used three to really give any assistance. I’m only 135lbs, and I would recommend using at least the bands that are equal to your weight, more for more assistance. I feel like the resistance is more like the maximum you can pull on them.I checked everything over before using it as I definitely recommend being safe. The claps seem pretty well made and sturdy enough for my weight. I only have a short pullups bar so I had to wrap the main hanger around the bar to get it high enough to actually help. The fabric is well made and it looks decent. I definitely recommend using shoes as it helps feel more stable in the sling.I usually do 10 reps and two sets up pullups but with these I can do 15 reps and three sets, and easily change my form to better target my different muscles. It is a bit awkward having the thing there in front of me, not intolerable but strange. I do think these would be good for other exercises besides adding assistance if you have attachments for pulling resistance bands.

Solid Assistance Straps
Solid set of straps. I like that all of the bands are the same amount of resistance / weight so there’s no guess work involved in setting up how much assistance you need. The clips are sturdy and feel supportive, even in the foot strap. It’s easily adjustable so it can work for people of any height. I haven’t used the video instructions, but it’s nice that they’re included.

My inner savage was not released
The box promises to help you release your inner savage, but mine apparently remains caged. I am returning this system and the extra bands in favor of the much less attractive but much more effective latex bands. I wanted this to work but it did not.Unfortunately these did not work as described. They come with bands that claim to assist up to 200 pounds. I bought two additional bands (based on reviews that said the the lift was inaccurate) for a total of 250 pounds of lift assistance. I weigh nowhere near 250 pounds but I do know that I require a lot of assistance for pull ups.Material quality was good. Installation was relatively easy, however, we are using a doorway pull up bar and these were a bit long for the space. We were able to wrap the attachment around the bar several times which got it to a good height. After installing neither I nor my husband could make this work effectively. We did not get anything close to enough assistance from the band to be able to do a pull up.
