Great for stretching and relaxing
Great way to stretch and relax the back and hips. Ball is well-made, and the largest size is good for anyone 5’8” or taller. The included pump works perfectly well — it just takes some elbow grease. Great workout for both your arms if you switch sides as you pump.

This exercise ball is the perfect size. I ordered a 75 cm. The rubber is nice and thick and durable. I got the aqua I really like it.

Great excercise ball to relieve back pain!
Very pretty and seems well made. I’ve only had it for a day so time will tell how it holds up, yet the good material quality is evident. The pump is basic and plastic but certainly glad they included it. Took about 15 minutes to fully inflate it, but it wasn’t difficult…just a little “excercise” in itself!

Great exercise ball
Great size for my PT exercises! Heavy weight ball. My puppy attacked it and it didn’t pop!! Easy to inflate with the pump which is included. I picked blue. It’s a deep blue. Very pretty. It’s a great value for the money. I may pick a few more sizes as needed for PT.

Love the ball if I need another one I would order this one again but the pump is not good it’s not well mad and it takes forever to blow up the ball. I have cats so I cannot leave my balls inflated. I have a old bike tire hand pump and it works just fine the ball quality is good and it’s sturdy

Exactly what it should be! The ball itself has a good quality and quite bouncy (some are quite stiff but not this one). Hand operated air pump works really good.
