Love the product. Best multi vitamin out there. Only problem I have and not sure if it’s seller or Amazon but price continuously changes or they are out of stock when on a delivery subscription. Has that typical smell that you find with some B vitamins but due to levels not surprised . For me, easy to swallow

If you want just one multivitamin for women this is the one.
Primal Harvest for Women is reasonably priced and has high quality ingredients. I take it every morning with additional supplements and find it is not a problem for my stomach and gives me some energy.

Wouldn’t recommend if pills nauseate you.
Dose is 2 capsules so the (expensive) supply depletes fast, and the nausea was horrible, even when I took it with food. Update: I changed them to 3 stars for their customer service. They offered a recommendation for an easier-on-the-stomach version replacement (I declined since I bought my old brand already), but didn’t hesitate to offer a refund.

I take 1 a day. Works for me.
This is my second time using this multi vitamin. The first time I took the dosage as shown on the bottle(2 pills). I didn’t experience any side effects at the time. I liked them but they are expensive. So I took a break from them. Now I am trying them again and decided to only take 1 pill a day. They are very strong. They have way too much of some ingredients for what your body truly needs. I feel like this is the best way for me to take them and save some money. I took 2 one day (for grins) and got the worst headache so I feel I am one the right track with these now. I feel like I have more energy than before. I haven’t had any taste or smell issues with them. They are a bit large but that isn’t an issue for me. I think I will stick with these for a while.
