Excellent dental cleaning tool
I wasn’t sure about this product but other reviews were great so I thought I would give it a try!Packaged well, quality of instruments is excellent, device came pre-charged and has 5 modes from soft to extra strong. There are also extra tips and a wrench included for changing them. Charging cord included but no plug.My 6 year old Cavalier has done well with teeth brushing as well as loves chewing on her bully sticks. She has cleanings every 6 months (no anesthesia) but some of her teeth I the back of her mouth started really looking brown and I noticed her gums being inflamed. This is why I thought to give this a try as I am not wanting to put her under anesthesia.I did try on my own tooth so I knew what she would be experiencing. A slight screeching noise on contact though no pain.I am so impressed at how quickly this tool worked to remove the built up tarter. It was so satisfying to see larges pieces of tarter just coming off with ease. Start on soft as you may not need to go stronger. The molar teeth were her worst and I put it on “normal” mode, these teeth took a few minutes each but was surprised to see white teeth under all that brown yellow gunk.100% would recommend, my girl eventually laid down while I was using it, so no distress or anxiety. Very easy, the instruments were also helpful for a bit of scraping that was needed.A bite block of some sort would be something I wish they included so it made keeping their jaw open without having to bite down on a finger when their jaw is tired or they decide they don’t like it.Great tool that will definitely help keep teeth in top quality and keeping them for undergoing anesthesia as well as saving you money on veterinary dentals.I have not discussed this purchase with a veterinarian for a professional opinion, so this is based off my personal opinion on first use.I was too excited to try it I forgot before and afters but she is smiling sparkling white teeth now!I also followed this with a brushing for a thorough job.We are happy customers.

ABSOLUTE MAGIC!!!!!
This thing is ……. Absolute freaking magic! Let me start by saying that my pup is only 1 year and 3 months old. That being said, I brush her teeth approximately 4-5 times a week with an enzymatic toothpaste by CET virbac. This was vet prescribed and I spend about 8-10 minutes in her mouth during each session. She is very cooperative with me when I brush etc. These last few months I have noticed that no amount of brushing was taking that brown plaque off her teeth and each time I went to brush it looked a bit worse. This was frustrating because I really do put in the effort. She’s on a hypoallergenic diet and isn’t allowed to have a lot of chews or bones etc. Her plaque was on a fairly mild scale but it was enough to where the vet has started to mention the condition of her teeth. I truly wish I had taken a before photo of her teeth. Honestly….. I wasn’t expecting this thing to even work in the slightest. It seemed too good to be true. I was excited to try it though and I didn’t think of snapping a photo. The hype is real people!!!! This thing worked super quick and I only had to use the two lowest settings since her teeth weren’t loaded with tartar. I will say that if you have an uncooperative dog when it comes to brushing, this tool might be very difficult or dangerous to use. The end of the scaler head is pretty pointy and could hurt the dog if it is fighting you. I love that it has a light on the end. It’s sooooo much easier to see what you’re doing. All you have to do is lay the scaler on the tooth and rub it back and forth on the tooth and the plaque comes right off. I did not have to scrape what so ever. The only downside to this device is the noise it makes. It almost sounds like nails down a chalk board because of the high frequency vibration. My dog did not particularly like the noise and it made her leg twitch a bit but she made it through just fine. This thing is totally worth the 40$ and then some! I still can believe the results.

Works great. You just have to have your dog stay still. It does remove plague, but it is not for the faint of heart! Not for everyone. Good product if your dog allows you in their mouth for a bit of time.

Great product!! I was hesitant to buy it at first, but after reading the reviews and speaking for my dentist I decided to try. It was easy to get my dog used to it with small steps and tasty treats. She is a 9 years old dog, we already had 2 expensive teeth extraction operations, and her teeth get yellow very quickly. Normal brushing was not enough. I was amazed that we managed to clean all the plaque away in 3 sessions, her teeth are perfectly clean now. You need a little practicing, but it’s worth to give a try! Start very gentle and make sure to let your dog get used to it on their own time. Right now my dog tolerates this cleaning better than a classic tooth brush! It’s amazing, highly recommended if you have patience to desensitize your dog to it.

This product is worth every penny! I have a 10 year old dog and don’t feel comfortable with sedating for a teeth cleaning because of the risks that come along with that, so I found this product to clean her teeth myself and its works wonders! I have already gotten chunks of plaque off so easily that brushing never could. It’s a bit of a slow go getting your dog use to the feeling and the sound just like anything new but working at it every day she lets me do longer sessions each time! You have to have lots of patience and don’t force your dog or they won’t trust it. We are slowly working away at it and she already has cleaner teeth than she has had in years. I love that it also comes with hand scraping tools as well not just the electric one, I switched between the hand one and electric one at first to get her use to the feeling and now I can use the electric one on a higher setting. If you’re looking for an alternative to sedation I highly recommend this product.

Je l ai depuis 1 semaine. Essayé sur 2 chiens ( un petit peu ). Le peu que j’ai fait, le résultat est impressionnant. Par contre il faut vraiment des chiens coopératifs. Et si possible être a 2 ( je l’ai fait toute seule mais compliqué des faire les dents de derrière).En tout cas tres satisfaite de mon achat, je recommande a 100%.
