Great starter kit for anyone!!
Let me start by saying I have always been a yoga person and wanted to get into Pilates so this for me was a nice toe dip into that. I like that everything fits all nicely in the bag that my cat Craig is inspecting in photo 1. He’s making sure it’s safe and packed correctly for storage. He is very helpful. One of the reasons I like the bag is also to keep my stuff together, out of the way and secure from kitten Craig ( he’s super nosy).The small ball blows up in two puffs and is just as easily smooched back down and ready for storage. You can double up the bands or start with the very light ones to make sure you don’t get hurt. The little workout insert was nice and had me lots of ideas to start with. I put the bag right under the small side table in my living room and had been pulling it out when I watch tv. Super convenient!! It’s not overwhelming with stuff I can’t do or am afraid to try but simple exercises that can easily be followed. Nice for after my runs with my dog or just during the day while I’m binging on Amazon movies and don’t want to feel like I’m too lazy. I’ve even gotten my daughter to stop and do a few exercises real quick with me.

Great Pilates starter kit
I like this kit a lot. It’s a great starter kit for Pilates. The bands are a little on the thinner side since this is a kit that you’re getting a lot of stuff in. The ball is also not the best quality compared to my actual Pilates ball that’s the same size. I do like everything in the kit except for the ball. The kit comes with so many items it’s really such a good value for the money. It comes in a very nice package. The instructions were very detailed that gives you lots of exercise ideas with each item. I think it was all well designed and thought out. I wouldn’t hesitate to order this again. overall i’m very happy with it and the quality.

I’ve started doing palates to better my health so when I saw this set up I decided to give it a try. Everything feels really well made. You can definitely tell the difference between each of the resistance bands. The ball does come with a straw. I had a hard time finding it at first because it was tucked into the deflated ball. Everything fits into the little carry bag well except the ball if it’s blown up.

Sadly I’m Unimpressed with the Way This is Packaged
I’ve never opened a kit or set with items as messy as this. It doesn’t have that fresh “new” look. Items are seemingly just tossed in the slightly dented gift box. Most are placed inside cello bags with two exceptions. The large folded pink bag with the black drawstrings isn’t in a bag at all. It is heavily creased and wrinkled. Another piece is in an open used looking plastic bag like the bags for vegetables at the grocery store.I ordered this for a friend’s birthday next September. She loves pilates. I would be embarrassed to give this to her so I won’t. I’d better start learning pilates myself lol! What’s redeeming? The pink color is pretty and consistent throughout the pieces. The items feel substantial. It comes with directions. Probably a fair value, but due to the presentation the best I can do is 3 stars.

Wonderful for Pilates beginners and intermediates.
The 13 piece Pilates set is a great beginners set. I have been dabbling in Pilates for years but I still consider myself a beginner in many ways. Everything in this box is super useful and pretty good quality. Someone who is quite advanced would want better quality products more than likely but everything in the box seems to be sturdy. It comes with a little workout brochure but I use an app that is much more comprehensive and all of the accessories are used in different ways. For the price, I am very impressed.If you’re starting out or an intermediate Pilates practicer, the set will come in very handy and appears as though it will hold up quite well. There’s a silky bag that everything fits into (including the large ring) that can be worn as a backpack which is a plus to keep everything together. Highly recommended.
