No instructions came with package
All items appear to be of decent quality. The instruction guide wasn’t included, unless you attempt to decipher a page with pictures on both sides, which most of you have no idea what to do (unless you have done Pilates before I guess).

Only got 1 piece of kit after ordering twice
Ordered kit, was only delivered ring so I returned it and asked for the replacement and only got the ring again. Not the 8 pieces. It was a waste of time.

Could use some improvements
My wife wasn’t too sure about this product. Overall, she said it was okay. The packaging can be misleading as it only states on the box “Pilates ring” and no other accessories mentioned. However once opened, there’s more inside. She felt like the resistance bands were labeled incorrectly, the one labeled light was much smaller and gave the most resistance, meanwhile the heavy resistance band was the longest and didn’t give much resistance. The ring felt decent and did what it’s supposed to. The ball is small, size of a kids rubber ball that is good for in between the knee/thigh squeezes, it also came with a small pump. The arm stretcher felt cheap, like cheap plastic/rubber. Bands came in three different colors, light purple, blue and pink. Pilates ring and ball were both pink. Not sure if it’s worth the value but seems to function as it should.

I’m really happy with this Pilates essentials kit. It came with everything shown in the pictures, the resistance bands, the exercise ball, and more. It didn’t include a yoga mat, but that’s okay since it has what I need for a good workout. The kit is great for beginners, and the colors are nice. The material of the bands is strong and the ball, although smaller than I thought, does provide a good workout. The guide provided is a huge plus! After a week, I feel a bit stronger and more flexible. My workouts are fun, and I enjoy using it.

Great product but confusing packaging…
I’ve seen a few reviews from customers that claim to have only received the ring. I believe that this is due to the packaging, it can be confusing to some. I submitted two photos with this review. One is the products outer packaging and the other is its contents. Notice how only the pilates ring is advertised on the box but you do get all of the accessories pictured in the merchants listing. As far as the quality and value goes it gets my approval. All of the accessories are of good quality and durable. I purchased this set for my wife who is into pilates and yoga. She loves it !!

Most confusing resistance band set ever.
Ok, let’s start with the resistance bands…I cannot get both legs in the “light” one and could never get ANY of them up over my thighs… ankles and calves only and then they’re so hard to stretch further it feels way too difficult. And the short one is the hardest to stretch but it’s labeled light. These would be useless for around my thighs, I can’t even get them up that far and still move. Even too small for my 9 year old to get up around her thighs for all except the longest “heavy” one. Honestly, they’re baffling. Then there’s the resistance band that has the handles and it’s super cheap and honestly, I don’t really trust it not to snap. The nylon strap is useful for me to use with my reformer as a foot strap on the baseplate end. The Pilates magic circle seems fine, not as high quality as the ones I’ve used in studios but fine. Since I really got it for the magic circle, it’s fine but this would definitely not be my recommendation for resistance bands. And inexplicably there’s one really short elastic resistance band in the set. It’s about the size of one thigh so I have no idea how I’d use it. Overall, a generally confusing set which is disappointing because I liked that the bands were woven instead of rubbery elastic. The ball came with a little hand pump but the ball feels thinner and lower quality than my other ball.
