Amazing quality, easy to use, great little booklet on how to use and what to do, the color is great, and I thought it was such a great bang for my buck. Got me into Pilates and I know I won’t be stopping any time soon! I’ll be using for many years with how great this is. Will last a long time!

More resistance and new labeling
The only thing that I didn’t like is that the bands aren’t labeled to show what tension level they are, and the long band is not resistant enough for my preference. I’d prefer a higher tension long band. For the most part the equipment is pretty effective at achieving body toning goals.
