Simple, practical and very effectiveThis pilates kit pleasantly surprised me. Although it only includes garters and an extendable stick, it is more than enough to perform a wide variety of strength, stretching and toning exercises. The stick is light but resistant, and when it can be extended, it adapts perfectly to different exercises and heights. The garters have good tension and allow you to work different muscle groups without the need to use weights or machines.The best thing is how compact and portable it is: I can easily store it or take it anywhere. I need to work on my joints and muscles to improve my balance (although a lot of my issues stem around POTS). Even though I have a medicalcondition I still need to work my joints so that when I’m older, I can keep my muscles and joints active reducing the factor of arthritis in my joints. This piece of equipment is a must have for every home gym on the planet!! It comes with 3 sets of bands for the level of difficulty you choose to use. AND, it has a piece you put on the other side of a door so you can work your shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs using dead weight lifts, you can add another band to have more of a challenge, for any of the abaove positions you are working on. If something becomes super easy add another band. You can work on your glutes and hips while simultaneously working on your core as this does try to turn you to a side so you will be engaging your core as well when doing squats, lunges, crunches, anything.The bands are made of quality material and definitly woth every cent. It comes with it’s own little bag so you can take it with you and get your workout in. This is really light and super easy to use.Totally worthy of being a part of your fitness game.

I purchased this while at a temporary job assignment because I didn’t want to purchase a gym membership. If you lift heavy and are active it’s not really going to do much. Better for a beginner.

Once again being short is a bummer
The product itself seems good–but if youre like me and height challenged (Im 5’3) you might need a different kit. I have it set as short as it will go and there is very little tension when doing tricep or bicep curls. I shouldve read more of the reviews before I purchased this kit. Returning the product and looking for a dfferent kit.

Quizás yo soy el idiota, pero a pesar de que tiene una imagen, sigue sin ser muy claro como colocar las ligas en el soporte de puerta, el poster para hacer ejercicios está terrible y pixeleado y el empaque es muy justo. Una vez los saques guardarlos se convertirá en un nuevo ejercicio.
