Awesome!!!
I have Gastroparesis and need the extra calories and nutrition. I love that this isn’t just protein, it’s decent in everything- calories, fat, carbs. And It tastes amazing! I also like that you can buy it in small packages, you don’t have to spend $40 on a giant tub you might not even like. This has become a daily must for me.

Hardly any protein
This is listed as protein powder,but the ratios are terrible. You could eat 1/4 cup of peanuts for fewer calories and the same amount of protein. If there are other nutrients you are wanting from this, it may work for you. However I don’t think it can be considered a protein powder. For example, another one I received recently has 20g of protein for 170 calories. I won’t be drinking this.
