Just What I Wanted
It’s still early to say anything about the effectiveness. As with most supplements it may take a little time to notice a difference. I haven’t had a hot flash since starting them, which is nice to not wake up sweating! As I continue to take them and Amazon asks for reviews for each person, I’m sure this will get updated!

If I could rate this supplement a zero I would.First, it started with a slight headache, then my hot flashes increased, but what really scared was blood in my stool. I stopped taking it and immediately all the side effects stopped. This supplement really scared me. I don’t often do reviews, but I had to review this, to alert others.

It arrived in good condition and was sealed well. I had time to use it before the fresh by date. It contains ashwagandha, DIM, saw palmetto, and black cohosh. The ingredients and amounts were correct and the same as the listing description and pictures. Some of the ingredients I had take before, and some I hadn’t. You should talk to your doctor about it. I do like the brand and take other supplements from them. I had no problems with this supplement.

High Quality but not for me
Nordic Naturals are a trusted brand in our household. When I began experiencing the nightmare of rapid hot flashes and soaking night sweats, I ordered these. Because I knew they might take a few weeks to help, I took these for 6 weeks before trying something else. Ashwaganda has never done anything for me, and also didn’t this time. The other ingredients also had no effect on me. Nothing changed, not even after 6 weeks. Have this a 2 because Nordic Naturals is high quality. My body just didn’t respond to this supplement.
