!!!Miracle Multivitamin!!!
I have been taking Essentials for about a week and one of the first things I noticed was that all of the ingredients are natural healthy ingredients. There weren’t any huge words on there indicating that I’m placing something in my body, that I did not want there. Since taking Essentials, I have so much more energy, I’ve seen improvements in my skin, my hair and my gut health! I have seen marked improvement in my mental clarity as well!! I was always skeptical about taking a multivitamin because a large portion of the time, these other companies are putting so many other things inside of them, that their original purpose is lost in translation. Essentials is not only great for overall health, but the ingredients are straight to the point and they all serve a purpose in helping improve overall health. Simply put…Essentials is a “miracle” multivitamin!!!

I’ve been taking the Essentials Women’s MultiVitamin for over two weeks, and I’m loving it! The directions say to take 2 pills daily with food and water, and I manage to remember at least once per day. I have a sensitive stomach and have had no sensitivity or upset stomach after taking these with some food! There is a subtle lemon flavor and scent that I really love! I feel my nails getting less brittle and I am comforted knowing my body is getting the nutrients it needs if ever my meals are lacking. I’d recommend to my female friends and can’t wait to try other eu naturals vitamins!

Had a lot of great nutritional benefits
I have been using this product for months and while I see a difference in my nails and hair which I love the taste and smell is awful. There are a lot of really great vitamins caked in this so I do continuously purchase this product for that reason. If you can get through the taste and smell of fish then they work really great!

Horrible Smell and Taste
These smell and taste like rancid fish. Just opening the container the smell is terrible. I tried to take them for a few days, but the taste was so bad I could not continue. Even an hour after taking one, I could still taste it. I am not sure if I received a bad bottle or what. But these were truly terrible. I cannot speak to the effectiveness as I did not take them long enough to notice any differences.

They even smell fresh!
I started taking the Eu Natural products because of the conception success others have had with them. I honestly never expected to try any of their other products. My husband and I have been taking the fertility supplements for male and female and have felt that they are making a difference. So I decided to try the multi vitamin for myself. I am very sensitive to supplements. I usually feel nauseous after taking them, but have not had that with any of the Eu Natural ones! I feel healthier and have more energy. We will definitely stay on these supplements and hope for good baby news soon!

Tastes like a fish market!! Customer service was really disappointing
I really wanted to like these, but they taste OVERWHELMINGLY like fish. Like you’re walking through a fish market — it’s unmistakable. I contacted the company and they wrote back quickly to say it’s because of the algal DHA. Maybe this is true, but once the capsule itself is wet at all (i.e., once it goes in your mouth), the smell and taste are incredibly strong, suggesting that this stuff infuses the capsule material. It’s a total dealbreaker, especially for a vegetarian like me.I was also really disappointed by the Eu Natural customer service. I was initially impressed and hopeful after they wrote back so quickly at first. They said, “As many things from the sea, this can give off a fishy aftertaste. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Rest easy, we are here for you. We’ll just need your order number to get started.” and then gave detailed instructions for finding my Amazon order number. But after I wrote back with my order number, I got a reply from a different rep saying I actually had to return through Amazon instead of dealing with them (though again it they had definitely been clear from the beginning I’d bought through Amazon). I replied, confused by the 180 and asking for clarification, and they just never replied. I don’t know what that was about, but it came off pretty sketchy. Amazon did help me in the end, but I cannot recommend Eu Natural or this product.
