Excellent product
This is exactly what I was looking for! Easy to use and store. I add a tube to an Ice Sparkle drink. I simply shake and drink this with my lunch. It tastes great and mixes well. The flavor is perfect, as Ice Sparkle comes in several flavors. I’m very happy with the results. My nails and hair are stronger and longer. My skin doesn’t break out as often. I highly recommend it.

I like it cold, I’ve not tried it warm as someone recommended in another review. This is ready to drinkHydration- I feel so well hydrated with this. It’s not because I’m drinking “extra” water. I always drink tons of water. This still improves my hydration a lotSkin- my skin has never been so soft. I’m even ok skipping lotion when I’m in a hurryLips- I’ve naturally stopped using chapstick. Works, but a little too sweet for me. The drink helped with my hair to grow thicker. Value for your money. You need to stay consistent in drinking product. It was a bit overwhelming for me.

I could tell my energy increased and my skin looked better. Just to make sure I try to other brands first of all they taste terrible. I could barely get them down and I didn’t see any change in my skin and definitely didn’t do anything for my energy. So I’m sure you know that I’ve gone right back to this and I will be sticking with it, I won’t try anymore.

Mixed Feelings about this Collagen Supplement
I chose this collagen supplement after some research. I was drawn to the 4000mg collagen peptides and support for hair, skin, and nails. It’s made in the USA, which is a plus. However, the artificial sweetener leaves a bad aftertaste. Despite good mixability and added hyaluronic acid, I didn’t see major changes in my skin or hair. It’s a decent product, but not exceptional.
