These are so much better than the ones with folic acid! Natural folate is the way to go. My wife has been taking these for about a year now and will be for years to come.

great ingredients, no fillers, why arent most prenatals like this? I took an animal based one during pregnancy for the added iron and now that im breastfeeding ive switched to plant based prenatals for nutrient dense nutrition for my baby, thankyou for this product, my baby is thriving, I also love that its in a dark glass case and not in plastic

Great Quality Vitamin!
Not very easy to swallow but that’s up to personal experience whether or not you’re into swallowing large pills. These pills DO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD! They really help to grow your hair and nails and overall give your body a boost. My favorite part about these vitamins is that they contain FOLATE not folic acid and that’s exactly what i was looking for in a prenatal! I still use these pills in postpartum phase and will continue to use them until I stop breastfeeding.

These prenatal vitamins are great because they do not contain biotin. I am very sensitive to biotin and break out from products that contain it. I was looking for weeks to find a prenatal that did not contain it & it was near impossible until I found these. These pills on the larger side, but they are easy to swallow with lots of water and do not make me feel nauseous. The ingredients are so natural and come from whole foods which I love. Would 100% recommend these!

The composition is excellent. You can feel a little taste. The tablet is large but you can swallow it.

I wanted something more ‘natural’ for my prenatal for seconded baby and was recommended these at a local health store. I switched from nestle prenatal and noticed a huge difference in my energy and overall feeling. They are large pills and it says to take 2. So one jar lasts you a month. Can be pricey but I will pay that for my health and babies!
