Good Multivitamin
I really like these vitamins. I had issues with hair loss from weight loss and these helped turned that around for me by supplementing my nutritional needs. The doesage is two per day and they are soft capsules that are relatively easy to swallow. They do not have a smell or a taste when swallowed and they seem to be a good quality product. I would definitely recommend these for someone looking for a good multivitamin.

Beware: Nausea-inducing on empty stomach
I’m taking this vitamin as an alternative to something that was out of stock. I’ve not felt much of a difference from the other brand EXCEPT for the fact that it makes me extremely nauseous in the morning if I haven’t eaten enough the night prior (and I regularly struggle with eating enough nutrient-dense foods, hence the vitamins). About 20 minutes after consuming it, I get all clammy and sweaty, my stomach starts flip-flopping, and I can feel the back of my throat tighten and prepare to be sick. I sit down, chug a ton of water, and usually it goes away. I haven’t actively been sick with it yet, but had a close call one morning. This vitamin could also be interacting poorly with some of my other medications, but the morning nauseous and near-vomiting is not something I’ve ever experienced with the other brand and this vitamin is the only thing that has changed about my morning routine. The only 2 mornings in the last few weeks that I haven’t experienced this, I happened to have eaten a very heavy and starch-filled meal the night prior (pasta, rice)

I can’t say that this is a must to take as if your well being only depends on it. But I have noticed that my overall heath has improved. I started to feel less sluggish, productive, focused, and has noticed my face, skin, and hair look healthy again. I take a pill/day with breakfast (no tea or coffee for 2h) to allow healthy fats works its magic with this supplement. I occasionally take it with nuts in the middle of the day instead. Very important that you take it with healthy food. Do not consume with soda, junk food to allow your body absorb all the vitamins efficiently. I am one-meal/day person so this has helped me overcome my vitamins deficiency.
