Perimenopause help
I have been fortunate to not be super crampy in my 30+ years of menstrual cycles. However with perimenopause, things are changing. I have had some pretty debilitating cramps the past few months, so I picked up some Midol to help. I have to say, my cramps went away very quickly after taking a few tablets. I’m not sure if I was getting to the tail end of things anyway -my cramps tend to be absolutely awful but fortunately only for 3-4 hours- or if this Midol was a big part of the improvement, but either way, I will keeping these with me next time so that I can take them right away.
