The right amount of sour
This goes great with a lot of my meals as a tasty drink and giving me the dose of creatine I need everyday. This dissolves pretty well especially if you just give it a bit of time. The other amino acids in it isn’t worth much the creatine is what’s important and its an adequate dose being nearly 5 grams. The flavor can’t be understated its sour while also being sweet which hits the spot just right!

More lime than lemon flavored, but still tastes great
The directions for the product say to mix one packet of powder with a flavored beverage. When I read that, I thought that the powder wouldn’t taste good on its own. My fears were unfounded though, as the powder actually had a strong flavor. It tasted more like strawberry limeade than lemonade, but I still thought it tasted good, and it smelled nice too. Sometimes with drink mixes I end up wanting to use half the recommended amount of liquid just to taste more of the flavor, but I actually ended up diluting this mix down more than I thought I would because the flavor really came through. The powder dissolved alright when stirred into water, but it didn’t dissolve completely. Even so, it didn’t have a gritty texture or anything, it was just possible to see a few little bits of powder floating around. It dissolved better when it was shaken instead of stirred, and it dissolved well when I mixed it in with my morning hot tea.As for the cost, it is on par with a lot of the gummy creatine supplements I often use, so, at least compared to some other brands of creatine supplements, it’s not overly expensive. It’s a nice product, so part of how much you will like it depends on what type of supplement you like. The box had 15 servings. If you prefer drink mixes over gummy supplements or capsules, this could be a good choice. I think it would be especially good for people who like to have smoothies before or after workouts, since you could easily include it in them.

Good for travel, sour strawberry lemonade flavor
These are awesome for travel. I try to take creatine (at least 5g) daily, and I usually get the big tubs as they’re cheaper. But I don’t want to bring them with me when I’m traveling, and don’t really want to scoop out doses into bags either. But with these, I can just bring 1 packet for every day I’m traveling, and I’m set! They mix easily with water, hot or cold, and are quite tasty. It’s a pretty sour strawberry lemonade flavor, which I love, but if you don’t like sour then you might not love this one. Definitely uses some artificial sweeteners or something, because I cans till taste it on my tongue for a while after drinking it. But I don’t mind since it tastes good to me.

Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder, 15 Servings By CANLIST
I ordered the Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder, 15 Servings By CANLIST. The product came in a shrink wrapped box with each serving in an individual tube that can be easily torn open with my hands. There is an expiration date nearly two years in the future, 6/ 2027, which is ample time to use 15 servings. The powder mixed easily into about 12 ounces of warm water, leaving a clear liquid after mixing. I tried a sip and it was so acidic that it burned my throat. I dumped the contents into a 22 ounce glass and topped that off with water. It was still very acidic. I split that between two 22 ounce glasses and topped those off, this was finally a sufficient dilution that I could drink it. The taste is of lemonade, I did not really detect any strawberry. I would say that the quality and effectiveness are similar to the creatine that I had been using. I have not noticed any pain relief after taking this, though I usually dont with other creatine as well. At just under $20 for a months worth of creatine, I find this product to be a pretty poor value. This product does have the advantage of being portable which the more modestly priced creatine are not but since I take this at home, that is unnecessary. Prices for individually packaged creatine is kind of all over the place and this is around an average price if you do need your individual servings pre packaged.Because of how much I need to dilute this product, I doubt I will reorder. But I do believe I will be able to use the whole package.

Convenient and tasty way to not miss a day
If you take creatine daily, it’s easy to miss a day or several days when traveling. Having to haul around a tub of creatine on vacation or business trips isn’t practical, and putting some in a ziploc in a suitcase can be a mess in more ways than one. So having these in single serving size packs is very convenient. It offers 4.5g of creatine monohydrate (just under the 5g I typically take). It adds a few amino acids in good ratios. A minor but underappreciated inclusion on the the nutrition panel is the calorie count. If you take a wide variety of supplements the caloric impact may surprise you if hidden. This has just 18 calories, presumably from the lime juice powder and resistant dextrin. I believe this comports with my preferred low carb diet (but would be good to see a net carb count). It bears GMP certification. The only thing I’d like to see is third party lab tests, as many creatine suppliers under deliver on creatine content. But I recommend this for convenience.

Strawberry lemonade flavored Creatine powder
I suffer from Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and am often fatigued, sore and wiped out from just daily activities. Creatine is one of the supplements that helps my body recover. This is a package of 15 powder supplements to add to a drink. The instructions just say to add this to your drink, but doesn’t say how much fluid to mix it with, which is frustrating. I drink a lot of fluids daily, and treated this as an electrolyte mix, adding it to 20 oz. of water. The flavor is ok, but as it is strawberry lemonade, it would taste as good mixed in a milk-based shake, in my opinion. I like that it is vegan and dairy, gluten and soy free.
