Great for milk supply!
Used the prenatal version and loved them so much that I decided to stick with the postnatal by megafood and it’s been great so far! I am 2 months postpartum and have been taking them every day since giving birth. They are easy on my stomach even without any food. They also contain morninga leaf which has been great for my milk supply!I will say that the pills are a little bigger than the average pill and do have an odd taste but I just take that as they are packed with tons of vitamins! I trust the clean ingredients it provides and say they are top quality! Definitely recommend to the postpartum mamas!

Good quality, non-toxic and inexpensive vitamins
These megafood vitamins are great. I was looking for a good quality; real food sourced multivitamin. I like that they’re tested by third party for chemical herbicide and pesticides. They’re really great value as I switched from my other much more expensive multivitamin. So far I haven’t had any nausea or side effects from taking these. I don’t notice much of a taste except for a slight citrus/lemon taste. My only complaint is they are a little big to swallow. I noticed this seller offers a mini sized pill so I think I’ll try them next time.

Works well.
So far so good. Every time I take them my milk supply skyrocketed. Maybe even a little too much I got engorged a couple of times. But I pumped the excess. The more the better honestly. I havnt noticed any differences with digestion. My baby definty seemed more active on the days I took them. They are big but if you take a lot of water with them they are easy to swallow.

My favorite prenatal!
I’ve used these prenatals for both pregnancies as they are recommended by my home birth midwife! Clean ingredients with all needed vitamins. they come in either minis where you have to take 4 or regular size where you take 2 daily. If you struggle to take/swallow pills the minis will be perfect for you But if that’s not an issue for you I take the regulars no problem. A little bit of an earthy taste but not bad at all. Didn’t bother my stomach at all.

Finally Feeling “Normal” Again Postpartum
Disclaimer: The tablets are larger and taste like vitamins. I don’t have a problem swallowing pills and I don’t really care how it tastes, so I don’t have any issue with it, but wanted to mention it! They also do cause pretty intense gas. Hoping that will pass as my body adjusts to taking these daily.I have been taking my regular prenatals (different brand) for the first 6 months postpartum. I never really felt refreshed or productive. I have been taking these for about a week now and suddenly I feel energized. I feel like myself and like I can focus better and get things done without feeling like I need a nap after 10 minutes of work. As an added benefit, I love that these help me ensure that my baby is getting proper nutrients from my breastmilk.I did notice that the dose of Vitamin D is rather low so I am going to begin supplementing that in addition, but otherwise this is a great choice of supplement for postpartum!

I gave it two stars bec it does work with giving energy to me. I am ok with the taste and the size of the pills. But it caused me to have so much gas and to my baby too. Also caused strong vomiting for my baby. Im so upset bec it was big blows of vomiting. Also I feel my milk supply lessened. I immediately stopped taking it just after a few days. May have worked for others but it was more cons for me than pros. Now I have to look for another postnatal supplement to replace it.
