Even If You Aren’t Pregnant It Helps A Lot
Very easy to swallow when you’re someone who struggles with large pills. I just needed a multivitamin, and this one had the best ingredients (in my opinion). Although I’m not expecting any time soon, I will definitely be buying again. I have even noticed a decrease in mood swings, but it could just be a coincidence.

Love this prenatal. Took it from early pregnancy straight to post partum. I had a great pregnancy with little illness and my baby has strong muscles and motor skills. Not sure if related.

I use this product during all my pregnancies. Easy to swallow and provides me with all the vitamins I need. I also use it after giving birth and it provides with the required vitamins during breastfeeding.

These prenatal vitamins have been really helpful during my pregnancy. They are easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I feel like they give me good energy and support overall health. My hair and nails also feel stronger since I started taking them.I appreciate that they include all the important nutrients like folic acid, iron, and DHA to support baby’s development. No strong aftertaste and no upset stomach, which is a big plus for me. I am currently using it 3 months postpartum.I feel healthier and confident knowing my baby is getting the nutrients needed. My doctor gave me a sample packet of this medication, and I found it much easier than swallowing the bag of separate vitamins and minerals like I had been doing before getting a recommendation.They are very easy to swallow with water, and they sit in my stomach well… not causing an upset stomach or triggering my morning sickness, like with some other pills.My doctor referred to him as the “gold standard” and I can understand why. They are loaded with goodness– though, I still take extra folic acid as one of these pills does not provide enough folic acid if you’re potentially carrying twins (and you should be taking this med well before finding out if you are carrying one or multiples). Once it is determined that only one is in there, the folic acid content will be good enough for 1 baby.I signed up for a subscription to these, as they are good for after the baby comes, too… and they are also listed as a good option for ladies who may become pregnant.

Its a good multi- viatmin , good to start taking materna vitamins before you conceive till you recover from pregnancy. It was recommended by my doctor and never heard any issues since taking it. Easy to swallow and digest easily.

My OB office recommended these prenatal vitamins. If you’re unable to swallow pills at the beginning of pregnancy would recommend a chewable as these are to be swallowed.
