Taste isn’t great BUT very effective.
I bought this as a Prenatal however the taste was too strong for me, so I used it as the omega-3 supplement for two children with ADHD. Wow what a difference! Definitely calmer and happier on this supplement vs the typical Children’s omega supplement that blends high DHA with lower Levels of EPA. I now use this regularly for them.

Strong fish taste
I’m sure this is excellent quality but it is so disgusting that I can’t consume it. I’m still working on finding something to mix it into but the fish taste is overpowering.

Very fishy
I love Mary Ruth’s products and while I’m sure this omega-3 supplement works wonderfully, it tastes terrible. I didn’t read reviews like I typically do and I’m kicking myself for it. This has a terrible fishy taste that lingers and even if you try and mix it with something it doesn’t disguise the taste. It’s also oil based so it doesn’t mix easily with anything. I vomited it up twice and will not be attempting again.

Smells and tastes fishy. The product is thick as well and doesn’t dissolve or mix well so flavor isn’t easily hidden. Perhaps not pregnant, I may be able to get over it, but pregnant nose and belly can’t handle the flavor or scent one bit.

No taste! But horrible smell
Doesn’t really have much of a taste which is nice! But the SMELL omg the smell is AWFUL. It smells like a day old bait bucket. It’s very strong too. I could smell it before I even opened the box. If it weren’t for the smell you’d easily be able to mix it into food or drinks and not even notice it but🤢 I have to plug my nose until after I swallow it and chase it with orange juice

Product not as described/ Crystallized Consistency
Upon opening packing first issue found was the dropper doesn’t work. I read other reviews that experienced the same problem. But the product I received arrived crystallized. It’s not an oily consistency as described or shown on others reviews. Quality is poor and product appears unsafe to consume especially while pregnant. The product inside the bottle is a thick, grainy, crystallized texture. No fishy smell as other reviews mentioned but I do not plan on trying it to find out if the taste has fishy features. Disappointed in product received.

For someone who doesn’t like to eat fish, I have to find ways to supplement my Omega 3, DHA, and ePA intake. I have always loved Mary Ruth’s products, and this one is no different. It tastes good and makes it easy to achieve my health goals.
