This is some mystical, supernatural type stuff!
My daughter discovered these vitamins on Tik Tok and I was immediately open to trying them because I had never had a liquid vitamin before. I tried the strawberry flavor and it tasted amazing. Within a few days, I felt a difference – I had more energy to the point where one day, I forgot to take my daily energy drink and didn’t even notice, because the energy was nice and natural with no crash. I never thought I would not have my energy drink, but right then and there, I knew these vitamins were something special.After that, I went on to Amazon and visited her website, and noticed that she had the women’s vitamins, but they were sold out and would take a month to restock. So, I decided to take the women’s 40+ vitamins that had hormone and cognitive support instead. Let me tell you, I immediately noticed a difference, especially with my spaciness.I notice now that I am almost 50, I space out more than normal. I told my doctor about this, but received no answers – she just told me she was spacy too. I just thought maybe this was all in my head or something I would have to live with and adjust to. However, when I took the vitamins today, I felt no spaciness whatsoever – just a clear and beautiful mind. I absolutely love these vitamins and will take nothing else for the rest of my life – there is magic about them.Prior to taking the 40+ vitamins, I was taking the liquid multivitamin for a month, which is also great. I went to the doctor to have my blood work done last week and everything came back in the normal range. I am not even pre-diabetic anymore. Mind you, I was more conscious of what I ate, added more healthier food choices to my diet, and walked, but I did not change my diet or walking drastically. But nothing seemed to help until I added these vitamins into my life.These things are magical, really like a magic potion or some witchcraft (just kidding). I have not felt this amazing since my youth. I got the 40+ liquid vitamin in peach and although it was thicker than the liquid multivitamin, it still tasted really good. It tasted like baby food almost, but I did not notice a fishy taste at all, like others have mentioned. I am a complete fan and will take nothing else moving forward. I was taking some “One A Days” silver and it is not touching this – no vitamin I have ever taken can touch this. I just pray and hope the price does not go up and I plan on subscribing to make sure I always have my refrigerator stocked with this stuff.If you have any doubts about these vitamins, give them a try, even if you never try them again. I believe most of you will not be disappointed. These are a miracle!! I can’t see myself ever living without them.

Shake it up baby
OK here’s the deal from my perspective:Day One: Shook the bottle real well ‘before’ taking the required dosage of one tablespoon & the taste was great regardless of what I had read from others about the taste being awful..Day Two: Did NOT shake the bottle before taking the required dosage and the taste was awful, really awful..Moral of this story is to “Shake Well Before Taking Required Dosage”..I notice I sleep really well after taking this supplement..

Acquired taste, great multivitamin
Great multivitamin, easy to use, convenient packaging —if it had iron, it would’ve been a solid 10/10! But wow, the taste is rough. I have to rinse and scrape my tongue every time because that weird aftertaste just lingers. I’ll be trying another flavor next time and hoping for better luck!

On top of having a full hysterectomy in my 30’s, I’m now in my 50’s and I also have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis…belly bloat just seems to be my thing. I just started taking this a few days ago, and so far, so good! I’ve paired it with the night time vitamins and I have to say that my belly bloat seems to already be shrinking! I’ve tried other products, but I didn’t get outstanding results without starving myself and/or spending hundreds every month. The MaryRuth Oganics Multivitamin for Women 40+ is a good price point and seems to be doing something good for my body.I feel a good amount of energy, but I anticipate this getting even better.Someone referred to this as drinking baby food, and I would agree with that statement, but it’s not horrible.

Tastes AWFUL! 🤢🤮
Ugh! The taste of this liquid vitamin is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! The vitamins themselves are good but just the idea of having to take this makes me want to 🤢🤮. So, I end up not taking this vitamin which defeats the purpose of ordering liquid vitamins because I had planned on putting it in smoothies but, it definitely changes the taste of my smoothies and again, makes me not want to take it.I’m going back to gummy vitamins because I looked forward to taking them daily. Lastly, this liquid vitamin was ok in price but the taste will never make me want to buy it again even if it’s just $1. Unless you like the taste of a very vitamin-like tasting liquid, then this is for you, otherwise, look elsewhere.

Was having hot flashes like crazy they seem to be under control after trying this. I will mention that this stuff is thick and it taste like vitamins but it is better when you add it to an ounce of water or juice.

Good product for myself.
I bought this thinking it was a thin liquid vitamin.It isn’t. It’s thick like a pudding consistency.I react to everything. This wasn’t too bad for me. A little pain that was gone before waking in the morning.I was up in the air about purchasing it again, but I’m currently waiting on another delivery.The flavor is really good. I feel great when using it.I highly recommend it.
