Great bench, give it a try
Heavy-duty steel with great welds. Wheels make it easy to move around. Backrest width is fine, plenty of incline options, and easy setup. Feels like it’ll last forever—great value for the price. Love that it is very easy to adjust.

Pretty good Bench
The weight bench overall is solid—sturdy frame, good stability, and easy to put together. It feels safe and reliable during workouts. The only drawback is the cushion on mine came a bit flat on one side, so it’s not as even or supportive as I’d hoped. It doesn’t make the bench unusable, but it is noticeable when lifting heavier weights. Aside from that, it’s a good bench for the price and gets the job done.Update 9/20/25 – Seller reached out me regarding the weight bench and came to an amicable agreement. Appreciate that and helping to rectify the situation for me. 5 stars

Rock solid stable, great value. Bench 315+ with confidence
Excellent product. Rock sold stable and easy to maneuver. I’m completely comfortable benching 315 on this with no movement. Can’t beat it for the price.

Good for price
For the price, bench is sturdy and appears well made. Pad does feel thin and not sure how long it will last. This was for a vacation home and will get minimal use. Have a Rep bench at primary home but it was $500 so for the price I think this is a pretty good bench. $200 when I purchased

Great Quality and Very Stable
The bench is really steady and ruggedly built. I’m extremely happy with the purchase. There are no shoddy welds or defects and the powder coating is blemish free. Assembly was really simple, since the bench was in only 2 pieces. The back feet assembly has to be attached with the provided hardware, no problems. Would definitely recommend to others

Just what I was looking for
I’m 5′ 10″ 185lbs. Not a very big guy. I searched adjustable benches trying to find something that is durable & safe. Most other benches at this price range just didn’t look stable enough to use 75lb dumbbells or more with. This bench has an extremely thick steel build. Very good welds & feels safe & stable when using it even on carpet. It’s going nowhere & it’ll probably outlast me. I was concerned about some reviews saying it has a narrow backrest…it doesn’t affect it in any way & widens to about 12″ from the lower ribcage to the seat. I don’t wobble at all & I do not work my core. (I need to ) there’s like 10 different positions for the incline & the seat can be raised. Instead of 2 skinny bars holding the backrest theres one 6″ wide brace that runs the whole way down & there’s 2 steel arms that lock in ( maybe 1/4 thiick steel) it’s pretty much 90% assembled & the wrenches are provided. They’re cheap & fit loosely but I’d guess that’d help not to overtighten the seat bolts.( anchor into wood) I’m completely happy i stumbled on this bench especially with the price being way less than other comparable benches costing around $400.If you’re looking for a diesel bench for the home gym. I recommend this bench. It’s going to outlast me.

ROCK SOLID
This is a super nice weight bench. As a welding inspector, the welds are solid with no imperfections that would weaken the welds, they look uniform and professional. This bench is rock solid, I’m 5′ 8″ and fit perfectly. Im super happy that I did not purchase a weight bench that cost $150 or less. After reading a few reviews of this Major Fitness Bench, I knew I had found my bench, perfect for a home gym! I highly recommend this bench!
