I was going to buy a more popular brand but these have awesome ingredients plus come with the iron that my midwife’s want me to take. Thank you for making such tasty products! This prenatal multivitamin and iron supplement has been a reliable part of my routine, giving me the essential nutrients I need for both myself and my baby. Amazing dark glass bottle to preserve the multivitamin. I finished the whole bottle and it replaced a lot of my supplements. I like the confidence I get from having everything in one bottle and supplementing with the iron when I’m on my period. What I dislike about the iron is the plastic safety seal: you can’t take it off fully, so bits of plastic remain. I think I ate some plastic and I wipe off the mouth every time so as to get more of the plastic off. Maybe you have a way to get the plastic off, but I have yet to figure that out. Still, the taste of the iron is so good it’s hard not to enjoy it.

I had been taking my vitamins religiously everyday for years. I would take either capsules or tablets. However I was always fatigued!!! Doctors ran a test and discovered that I may have had an absorption issue because all my levels were low. Well after a few weeks of taking these liquid vitamins my energy is back! I’m looking and feeling much better!!
