It takes time
I almost gave up taking this because I didn’t notice a difference for some time. It probably took about 2 weeks of taking them every day before I started to notice a subtle shift in my anxiety. I started to feel calmer and less stressed. As I continued to take them for several more weeks, I noticed even more benefits. Things that used to trigger me and cause my anxiety to escalate I can now handle calmly and with a clear mind. It’s a very different feeling for me as I’ve dealt with anxiety my entire life. Even my husband commented how I’m so much more “chill” and easy going. The taste is also fantastic! The only thing that did not change that some people commented on was my sleep. I’ve noticed zero difference in sleeping better/longer/etc. I’ve always been a troubled sleeper though. All in all, I really do believe that this product works. I feel that in a sense I’m different in a good way without having to take heavy duty pharmaceuticals that chemically alter my brain. Highly recommended natural alternative. Just stick with it. Horrible I want a refund
When my package arrived it was very dirty on the cover and it was already opened and it was had sugar came out all over in the hole that you see in the picture was already torn when it came in all the gummy’s are hard and I don’t know if it’s been compromised or what but I’m very unhappy with how it came and want a refund or another one sent package properly a waste the money

As others reviewers have noted the container came opened and there is a semi-rancid taste/smell. Not at all what I would expect from something manufactured in a GMP facility. I would not recommend.Updated: Adjusting from poor to neutral rating as the company pro-actively reached out to provide a refund, so while the review stands on the product I received, the integrity of the company seems to be solid.

These peach-flavored magnesium gummies are a total win.
