as advertised I’m impressed
Great for beginners at home or a light workout on the go! I’ve had this product now for almost a week & I have used it every day since receiving it. As far as I can tell this is a quality product for what it is. As advertised it is great for any height, lightweight, very portable, easy to use in tight spaces, sets up very quickly,(I believe it took me about one minute Max to set up & that was mostly just reading the kgs on the tube bands & attaching the clips while taking my time) with no complications save for the rollers for the bar. As soon as I went to put the rollers on the bar I was struggling. both rollers just would not fit on one end of the bar but would on the other. The bar comes in three pieces so confirmed they were not end specific so then, I took the roller wheel bore it out with a pocket knife to actually get it on the bar but it wasn’t a lot all I needed was approximately the thickness of an American dime at most & once it was on everything worked beautifully! I am very impressed with what I can do on it but I also know that I do not work out currently as hard as the guy in the product videos which is why I have said for beginners & a light workout as that is all I am, & that is all I have done so far, so that is what I can recommend though I will update as I progress & go harder but in the meantime hopefully this helps.

I bought this exercise board for my husband and since then he hasn’t gone to the gym again. He was fascinated with this board because of the variety of exercises it offers and you get results in your muscles very quickly. Super good, excellent.

No-brainer good supplementary chest tool
I have quite a few push-up gadgets from Perfect Push-Ups to wheeled ones to the gymnast bars so I thought hey why not one more?What I like about it is its simplicity. You just take the grippy bars and stick them in the color coded slots. When inserted they are easily secured and you don’t feel like they will wobble or twist. They definitely target various parts of my chest that I couldn’t do with regular push-ups. This is a good supplemental tool in getting a comprehensive chest work out.The reasons I gave it 4 stars are 1. Some of the color coded slots seem really awkward to use practically. 2. The board feels a tad bit cheap and I can’t help but feel it will crack after repeated use.

Works great! It does need to be placed over a mat or something so it wont move out of place while doing the exercises but overall works great!

The bag rips easy
Push up board is nice and functions well but the bag is complete garbage. Ripped literally the first time I used it. Im sure wet a wet paper bag is stronger than this.

Great piece of kit. The position holes for the handles are deeper than most. So it seems more durable as the handles stay in when pressing! Handy bag too, a little more than many others price wise but a nicer design! Happy 🙂

as advertised, but would be nice to have more instructions. There is a danger of the rubber bands breaking and zapping back at you; had that happen on another product that uses the tubing – very painful so be careful..
