Great buy
I’ve been using the Hotwave portable exercise equipment for a bit now, and I really like it. It’s simple to use, doesn’t take up much space, and gives me a good workout without needing a ton of equipment. Great for home workouts or days I can’t make it to the gym. Definitely a great buy!

Pretty good for what I want
Push up board is what I was expecting 👍 accessory handles and bar seem sturdy and door hook gives variety of back exercises. The only downside is the bands are kinda cheap. 2 of them broke at the connection point during first workout.

Decent Package – But it already Broke!
I bought this to get some range of motion with resistance. I use it 2-3 times a week; overall, it does what I expected. My first disappointment was the fact that it was a pain to change from just a bar to the one with rollers. I use it both ways, and going back and forth is a time consumer that interrupts the workout. I wished they offered just a bar to add to the set. The other disappointment was the resistance bands seemed light, and the only ones that gave me much resistance were the 40lb ones. The other two (20 and 30lb) haven’t been touched.But now, after a few months of limited use, the first stretch band broke. I was doing a normal lift, and one band broke. It is unrepairable and renders the entire package unusable. I am a small, over 60 man, and I shouldn’t be able to break a band this fast and this easy. The only thing it offers me now is to use it for push-ups. I could have bought something for 1/3 the price that does that. If you want something that lasts, look elsewhere.

I really like this, works very very well. Doesn’t take up much room. In my younger years I was an “inspiring body builder.” So I’m no scrub to lifting and working out. Especially for the price I couldn’t ask for more. It also comes with a handy little book to show you work outs you can do with this. My ONLY complaint is that I wish it came with a few more resistance bands. Which isn’t even really the companies fault, they are upfront with what you will receive. Like I said, I just wish I came with more bands. I’d def recommend to other people. With a little effort, you can convert almost any bands to work with this equipment.
