Bend straw after inflating the ball
This kit is a great way to start a new workout. It came as pictured with everything I will need to begin my pilates journey.The only thing I didn’t like was the way you are supposed to inflate the ball. It’s tricky. There is a straw and a stopper but the air leaks out when I try to place the stopper. Now that I think about it I should probably bend the straw after inflation to eliminate air from escaping while I place the stopper.Other than that, it would be nice if it would have contained a mat.If you’re looking for an inexpensive way to start a new routine, I would give this kit a shot.

The quality seems to match the low price
This is a versatile and well stocked fitness set. I bought it for my wife to use during her Pvolve classes as the set is priced for less than just one piece of official Pvolve equipment. Unfortunately the quality of the set matches the low price. The items seem to be flimsy and I don’t expect some of them to last very long. This may be a good set for a beginner looking to start and progress into something better later, but I can’t recommend it for more advanced routines.

Wow I literally can’t believe how much this kit comes with. I started doing Pilates at home after stopping reformer classes because of the price. The quality of these are like the ones at the studios.It comes with everything you need and the quality is good. Been using them and I’m really happy with the quality!
