Great Pilates Set for Home Gym!
I’ve been wanting to try Pilates at home and this set is perfect. I was about to buy the same set from a well-known fitness website, but I’m so glad I checked Amazon first—this price was less than half!Pros:✔️ The ring itself is fantastic – it’s sturdy and has that “just right” resistance that activates muscles I don’t always hit with regular workouts.✔️ The resistance bands have different levels and feel professional, like the ones my friend uses at her physical therapy.✔️ It also includes both short and long non-slip socks. I use the short ones in the summer and the long ones when my studio is cooler in the winter.✔️ It came with a small guide was super helpful for a beginner like me.✔️ The whole set is well-made, lightweight, and easy to store or travel with.Cons:❌ My only small note: the included straw doesn’t inflate the Pilates ball very large, but I used my own pump and it worked perfectly. The ball itself is high quality and holds air well. (You can see the size difference in the picture)As someone new to Pilates, this set offers great value. It gave me a chance to try different equipment without committing to expensive, individual pieces. I feel more motivated to work out at home now! Highly recommend!

Great Pilate set, got everything you need
Just got this set to begin my little daily exercise in home and it worked great to me! Glad they got the pinky color exactly same as in the picture.The bands are sturdy and have great quality, I also tried the ring and ball following the instruction and they worked perfectly good. My goal is to got something easy to use and learn for Pilates beginner, and this set just got everything I need The small manual attached to this set is easy to understand and I simply need to flip the paper. They also got two pairs of socks so I can have a spare one to use.Overall cool set and I love it!

Ball could be better
I am just starting to do pilates and had no idea where to begin. So I decided to try this set.The items came as pictured and seemed durable, but after inflating the ball, which seemed a bit tricky for me… Had to inflate and then put the stopper in, and air kept escaping, so maybe that was personal error…. However, the ball has since popped and I never did get it to fully inflate.The stretch bands are nice, everything else seems durable and is doing the job.Four stars because of the ball.

Cute, but questionable quality.
I was really excited to get this! Having cute kids gongs to work out with encourages you to work out and idc who says anything different!!! This is really cute!!! However, it loss starts because the quality doesn’t seem that great. The ball it comes with is easy to blow up, but it feels a bit like foam or something. All the elastic pieces, seem like they’ll break easily. I wasn’t as enthusiastic after seeing the quality. And everything has a funny smell I’m hoping will wear off.

Comfortable resistance bands at multiple resistance levels
Large variety of restance bands in different styles. The really long full body one is my favorite for stretching and the bag makes it easy to switch resistance on the go. The bands make for a great workout and provide easy resistance up to x heavy which is more than I use currently. Everything is durable and retaining its strength/ stretching capacity. The bands have a seamless comfortable design. All and all great value for the multiple workouts provided. Everything functions great and no installation needed is always amazing plus.
