Excellent Product and High Value Buy for Hand and Arm Strength Building
What a great exercise kit! Containing 2 forearm grips enables me to keep one by my tv recliner and one with my other exercise equipment. The squeeze ball is softer than the ones I have used previously and I think it is more beneficial. I have only used the finger bands once but seems like a good addition to the squeeze grips. Since I primarily use when watching tv, I can rotate use between hands but I am focusing on my right hand that needs strengthening for opening bottles, jars, etc. I love organization so I really like the nice storage bag. I highly recommend this excellent product.

easy to use and lots of option
I got these because my hands and grip strength. Weโre getting kind of weak and figured it would be a good idea and I could use them while laying in bed watching TV. They have multiple settings to control how hard the resistance is, one thing to know is that the counters are sometimes a pain to reset. This kid also came with squishy balls to squeeze, and it also came with elastic bands that go around all of your fingers to use to stretch and work on resistance. I feel these will be a good item to use, I just need to stop being lazy and make myself use them lol. For the price you get a lot in this kit and it gives you different options so youโre not tired of doing the same hand exercises over and over.

TL;DR: It’s great, it’s well priced, comes with potentially useless items, might not last forever.The product has worked as it’s supposed to, it feels cheaply designed, as it’s made out of plastic. The hinge isn’t very tight, when squeezed it often goes too far to the side instead of aligning with the handle itself.The spring can be adjusted anywhere between 10 to 132 pounds of resistance by twisting the knob on the front.The handle has a button-based counter that clicks every time you do a rep and it goes up to 99 before resetting.Resetting this counter can be a hassle and the clicking can be annoying.It comes with a stress ball that has a very gross feeling and texture, it may not bother some people but it looked and felt odd to me.It comes with a ring that you can squeeze and a finger resistor that I didn’t really care much for.I’ve had the product for a few days and it’s great, I use it every time I’m watching something, though I wish I could take the button off, the counter ticking can be annoying.

Simple grip training
Iโve been using these for a little bit now, and theyโre great. Being able to adjust the tension for optimal grip training is very simple and ranges from 10lbs to 132lbs at the turn of a dial. The additional grips are really nice too since it allows for training in different capacities. The clicker is a little finicky if you need to reset the count, but otherwise this is a great tool for forearm and grip training.
