Not going to regret your purchase
Great taste, one of the better meal replacements you can find. Have had family try it and some think its a little chalky tasting, i do not taste that nor does the friend who uses it. We have separate nutritionists we go to for weight loss, and when i showed mine, she got super excited and is going to recommend this to others that are trying to loose weight. It has everything you need to keep your body happy, and when blended with a little extra low fat milk, some ice, a banana and some yogurt, it is more then filling and is tasty. to me it tastes just like the name says, chocolate milkshake, I highly recommend this for someone who wants to loose weight and still have a tasty meal .

Delicious, but there’s some things you should know.
I think this stuff is a really good alternative to other more expensive meal replacement shakes. My only thing is it’s low calorie content. If you are using this as a full meal replacement, it should probably be put into overnight oats rather than drinking it straight. It doesn’t have enough calories to be considered a meal that would tide you over energy-wise. If you’re just drinking it as a shake, it should probably be supplemented with something else that will get you those missing calories if you don’t eat much else throughout the day.It is truly delightful in overnight oats. It honestly does feels like eating a piece of cake, so that’s a bonus if you have a sweet tooth that just doesn’t quit. That also being said, I’ve been using one scoop of this mixed with a second scoop of a different, more mild flavored chocolate vitamin shake to level out the richness. I feel like two scoops is overwhelming in overnight oats form. As a shake itself, it’s also got a very rich, peanut butter-centric flavor that you have to be ready for, but to me, it’s not something I can’t get past. I still think it’s very tasty.‼️ I recommend using almond milk as a pairing, and using more than 10oz as the product recommends. 12 to 14oz would be more suitable, in my opinion. I also feel like the scoop you are provided is way too big, and you could get away with using a scoop only slightly smaller while still getting the same benefits. If you always use the scoop provided, you’ll go through this stuff quick. Again, I do recommend mixing this with another powder (if you already have it on hand) with a less potent taste to get the most bang for your buck.Quick, easy, and budget friendly. We’re all financially struggling out here, so the fact that you can add some oats and save major money on a meal with comparable nutrients is huge. Would definitely recommend.

value for money not good
It’s my fault for not checking coffee crumb flavor’s packaging. It’s 0.82 lb compared to cookies n’ cream 1 lb. Their scoops are different but I think coffee crumb’s scoop is just a bit wider. For the price of the coffee crumb, it’s kind of disappointing that it’s only 0.82 lb. However, it tastes amazing and it’s sweeter than cookies n cream, but they both taste good. I think I’ll stick with cookies and cream or if the other flavors also have a good deal, until the value for the money of the coffee crumb is better, in which I’ll give a better star rating, especially if all of the flavors get better price too.As for satiating hunger and losing weight, personally, I really like to eat and chew a lot. I get hungry again in about 2 hours so it’s really on me, but I like to believe it helps a lot as long as I have a little snack. I will update when I check my weight again next time. I have been eating a lot so I can’t get consistent results.Update 05/21/25:I lost 10 pounds but I’m not sure how long it took. Last I checked was on February. I think I started this on March, and just two weeks ago, I checked and saw I had progress!I still get really hungry and when I drink two scoops in one seating, I get a little bit of stomachache. So I separate the two scoops. I drink at 9 am and 10-11 am, and that helped satiate my hunger much better.I try to reduce what I eat as much as possible. I also cook for myself most of the time.My next criticism is that removing the seal of this thing is way too difficult. I have to stab it multiple times and put a lot of effort in ripping it out. And despite the tub not being filled almost to the brim, I have to find the scoop. The current one I have is all the way at the bottom so I’m just making use of my spoon since it can’t pick up the scoop.

Good in terms of benefit but is not good in taste. The flavour seems to be good when I read but in actual it was very common flavour of protein. I had bought it reading its flavour but I found it expensive as many similar products are available in lesser price with same taste.

The formula itself is great, tastes good (not too overpowering on taste) and drives effective results.Though the packaging is a waste of space and trying to be misleading. Clearly led by a marketing team looking on how to trick buyers to pick this from the shelf and not the next oprion. Package comes LITERALLY less than 1/3 full, and so huge full of air just to fool people to buy it. Pure case of form over function to drive sales, and then stays in your kitchen occupying much more space than what it needs to. Question here is: since I’m buying this online on Amazon, based on product nutrient specs and good reviews… Then why should I care about the BIG SIZE trying to trick me that product is more value for money? Being so huge is just causing waste of packaging cardboard, air transportation etc…Finally: This is marketed as a “green/healthy conscious” product. but being green is also about preserving the earth and wasting resources.Pls go and redo package 😉

This chocolate flavor product taste good.I find it was a little grainy, but not an issue. I made it with peanut butter and banana with ice and water. 👍👍👍. I was disappointed in the fact that the product comes with almost half in it. Overall it’s being helping me loose weight. I do feel full once consumed and I have being working out. Love the fact that it has all the nutrients and FIBRE.

Firstly, my number 1 compliment is the taste, it is so chocolatetly and it keeps me full from breakfast until dinner time. They are not short on filling the tub to the top and it’s definitely amazing value for money. Do yourself a favor and buy this, you won’t be sorry.
