Good quality and works
Works just like it’s suppose to. Hand fits comfortable and durable.

Great for on the go!
Perfect to carry around. When you get in boring situations, it keeps me from doomscrolling so much. Three different stength levels.

So far they’re great.
These are my second time trying these type bands but the FIRST from this company. I had a set from SPRI and one of them snapped off and was painful! So far, with the exception of the handles, these seem well made and are working out great. The handles are a tad cheap and not very comfortable. I hope their statement-“Our figure 8 resistance bands are made from a healthy, strong latex material that is flexible and toughness, with no risk of breaking”, is fully accurate.Film at 11!

love these resistance bands!
Sturdy exercise bands. I got these primarily for upper body strengthening, have been using them consistently since they arrived. They’re comfortable to hold, and add an easy and convenient way to continue resistance training. So small, lightweight, and easy to store, they’re easier overall to deal with than heavy hand weights and don’t require dedicated space or time consuming setup. I looked at so many different brands. Reviews are always mixed. I’m confident I made a good selection from all the other resistance bands available on Amazon. Good value, and great versatility and convenience.

Just ok
The resistance could be greater. The handles are awful, they Bite into your hand.

Enjoying these!
I am enjoying using these to tone my arms and can see improvement already 2-3 weeks of use. I do several sets of reps a day at least 5 days a week. Glad I bought them.

When long-standing habits and routines change, like working from home instead of walking to work, carrying a heavy backpack, or even drying your hair daily (repetitive motion is repetitive motion), arm and shoulder strength fades fast. Muscle mass decreases, and my once-defined shoulders and upper arms have lost their shape, and I need something simple to rebuild what I had. This set of three figure-8 resistance bands is a low-pressure way to add movement to a desk-bound routine. With three resistance levels (20, 30, and 40 lbs), it’s great for arms, shoulders, back, and legs, and the handles make them easier to use. The 20lb resistance band is manageable obviously, but with the 30lb and 40lb bands, you’re definitely working harder. The instruction sheet (set comes with) is helpful but double-sided. To use both sides, you’ll need to make copies and put them in plastic sleeves to preserve the original, which could get dog-eared quickly, especially with sweaty hands. The mesh bag that comes with these bands is not practical for transport. When they arrive, each band is individually wrapped in plastic, and trying to fit all three back into the bag isn’t feasible. One or two maybe, but you’d be better off using your own bag. At home, though, the handles make it easy to hang them on a doorknob or any exercise equipment, keeping them in view and top of mind. And we all know, exercise equipment only works if you use it, but these bands offer a convenient and manageable way to begin a regular stretching routine. It’s a well-made, well-priced set, and with consistency, I think it can help gain some of the strength I’m striving for 🙏. Definitely recommend.

Due to the built in handles, these are very comfortable to use compared to many other resistance bands. These bands include a velcro label which not only tells you which band is which weight, but “compresses” the length of the band to expand its usability since it shortens the band’s length. They seem to be high quality and will hopefully be durable (always check a bands length against the other included bands to make sure they haven’t stretched over time) over regular use.Included is a nice mesh carry bag, and 2 pages of exercises which show when to remove the centre velcro piece or leave it in place. The exercise examples are pretty comprehensive and do actually work (for legs, I’ve had to use all 3 bands together). As with any resistance band, the “weight” rating is at full resistance. These seem to be very gradual resistance compared to some other bands I’ve used. In other words, you have to stretch them pretty far to get to that 20,30 or 40 lb resistance rating. This isn’t a bad thing, it avoids injuries and is good for “maintenance” days and accommodates beginners and up as well. The handles are not solid and will contour around your hand but are still much more comfortable than a standard band or solid handle band, plus you won’t get calloused as easily (or, at all) with these.I think these are pretty close to a perfect blend of compact size, good weight spread (20, 30, 40 lbs), comfort and included exercise examples. These are worth getting in my opinion.
