Good Probiotic with added Cranberry
This is a pretty good probiotic for daily maintenance of vaginal Ph and healthy flora. Love the addition of cranberry to support urinary tract. Capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. So no discomfort there. They are easily digested and well tolerated by the gut, no weird side effects or adverse reactions. Give them a try.

Better than nothing, but nothing to write home about…
Well, after a couple months (using these for one month, then going back to using nothing for a couple weeks to see the difference, if any) I guess I have to say these are probably better than using nothing at all (because pro- and prebiotics generally aren’t a bad thing to have) but honestly I don’t know that I noticed much of a difference? That being said, they never upset my stomach at all (sometimes I took them with food, other times I’d forget and would just take them whenever I remembered), they don’t have a weird smell or taste (some supplements have the WORST smells, or leave a weird aftertaste, but these did not!) and they don’t seem to be any more or less expensive than similar products I could pick up at a local pharmacy, SO if the ~$10/mo (~$19 when I ordered, and there’s two-months of capsules in the bottle) is in your budget and if having something like this in your self-care/health routine is important to you, these probably wouldn’t be a bad choice. I will very likely end up putting them on a repeat order, but will probably only have them delivered once every 3-4 months, because while my doctor says it’s a good idea at my age to have the pre-and probiotics in my system, I also didn’t notice any earth-shifting, life-altering changes while taking these every day for a whole month, so I figure going to an every-other-day setup between these and another similar product is a good compromise?

I have now been taking these for about three weeks. I have noticed some improvement overall with not only female issues but with gut issues as well they have no smell or taste. They seem to be a good quality. The supplement has been effective so far over these last three weeks Easy to take follow the directions. Good value for what you get helps with digestion as well.
