Does wonders and will continue taking it
For this and any other supplements, consistency is the key. I see huge difference in my behavior, specifically my fuse got a lot longer since taking it… especially when being under stress and dealing with little kiddos. It helps me being more calm

My hormones had been crazy wacky and I have tried multiple supplements to help out, but this one is helping. With consistency my period is more regular and my PMS symptoms are much better. If course I am eating better and doing other things, but I recommend this. It has absolutely helped.

Bringing hormonal balance
My NP prescribed this to me for some hormonal issues (my cycles were consistently only 23 days after coming off birth control). Since consistently taking this, my cycles are now 25-26 days and my periods don’t last as long. I’m very impressed so far!

ORIGINAL FORMULA WAS EXCELLENT – POSSIBLE FORMULA CHANGE AND NOW IN PLASTIC BOTTLE
I have been using DFH for years, over 10. It was recommended by a Functional Medicine practitioner at a time when you could only order directly from their website via a practitioner’s access code. When I saw it was available on Amazon, I was skeptical, and continued ordering directly from them. One day, I called and asked if they were affiliated with Amazon because it would actually be time saving for me to order from here. I was told DFH are the ones who fulfill the Amazon orders, therefor it is guaranteed authentic.I just recieved my replenishment of products. Like others have stated in reviews on their other products, I am so upset at the fact that the bottles are now in plastic, which may not seem like a big deal to some, maybe even preferable to avoid breaking, but it is actually a very big deal. I won’t get into it here, but if you’re interested, look up why amber glass bottles are far superior for storing – especially for food grade anything. However, not only has the packaging changed, the formula on my other supplement has as well. Fortunately, I still had some left from the original bottle, so I was able to compare. Many of the ingredients went down in percentage for their amounts, some ingredients completely gone, while additional additives now included like silicone dioxide – an anti-caking agent. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original bottle of this FemGuard +, so I am unable to compare the ingredients. If any of you still have some left, please DO NOT throw it out until you receive the new one. This way you can see if anything has changed. This is all very disappointing. This was good but I don’t think it was what I was looking for specifically. But great quality and worth the money

Excellent produit, ça fonctionne très bien pour moi par contre une fois arrêté, les symptômes reviennent 2-3 semaines après. Je dois donc le recommncer après 3 semaines de pause.
