More supportive and “fitted” to me than the Hoka Arahi or Gaviota . Comfortable and Light
Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24: These shoes were recommended for my foot by podiatrists as a mid-range “supportive shoe” to help with pronation, flat foot arch support, along with the Hoka Arahi and Hoka Gaviota. (I have a wide, flat foot, size 40-42 depending on manufacturer, 41 in Dansko) These shoes have a bit of a drop and feel more comfortable to me than the zero drop soles that make me feel I’m walking like a duck. I like the heel support better in this Brooks than the Hoka’s Arahi (comparable stability for my feet) though the Hoka feels more cushioned (the Hoka Gaviota was just too big overall in my size). It took a long time to decide and I had to try out a couple of sizes in a couple of brands before I found “the one.”The Brooks fits my foot well (I ordered the wide version, and went up a 1/2 size to allowing a little bit of room at the toes) because they’re cut a little bit small. So far so good. I plopped my orthotics in there and got used to them walking in a few hundred feet.In order to pick this shoe, I went to a regular shoe store and after trying two or three different sizes in a couple of brands, I found what fit me and bought a pair there. I then ordered a second pair on Amazon of identical size as a back up and am very pleased with the Amazon order. Shoes came straight from the manufacturer, smelled like new, and were an absolute perfect purchase. The shoes look decent but I cannot speak to the durability since I just got them a month ago. Great support for heavier weight individual
I usually wear asics, solid for years, but I was looking for something a bit different. In reading reviews and information for good shoes, supportive, for walking and running I found these. What I like about these is they ARE supporting. I stood in these for 5 hours and my feet didn’t hurt, I could just feel the support below me and the only reason my feet ached a bit were from standing so long. For reference, I am 225 lbs 5 ft 3 so I carry a lot of weight in my short body, especially my legs. These have been so supporting and I feel taller wearing them only because they don’t make me feel slugish, they actually support me. I still have asics for yard work and painting, but may have to retire those for some more Brooks

Great fit!
This is my 5th pair of Brooks shoes after back and knee surgeries. Prior to my surgeries my podiatrist recommended Brooks shoes for stability and comfort. I have 4 pairs of GTS 22 they are just costly. These were a little bit less. I measured my feet and I am a size 9, but my foot has grown slightly so I ordered a 9.5. They fit perfectly and provide the necessary support while walking. I’m not sure if they are waterproof. I doubt it though they are a mesh material. I know they are durable, because my other pairs still look good, after being a couple years old. I love the feel and functionality of these shoes. I tried less expensive comparable, but none match up. They are expensive, but well worth it. I highly recommend these shoes.

My favorite practical + cute gym shoes!!!
These are my second pair of these shoes. I go for the off white color because I just love how they look! I wash them when they get dirty and they’re like new afterwards. On my last pair the heel lining started to rip and give me blisters (I was due for a new pair) but just make sure to untie your shoes to take them off instead of slipping them off and this will help them last longer! I walk a lot and these are comfy and chunky/trendy looking!!

Good selection of wide width options.
I did have to return these but have ordered another size to try. I had never tried the Brooks brand before and need a wide tennis shoe to fit a 3/4 length Birkenstock high arch orthotic. I consistently wear a 10.5 wide tennis shoe, and this is what I ordered. These actually were a bit snug and surprisingly short in length. My big toes came up too close to the end of the shoe, and that was without the orthotic. The toe box is nice and wide though and they would have been really comfortable. I am waiting on the 10.5 extra wide – to see if it will make enough of a difference overall.

TEARS OF JOY!!!!
Oh.my.goodness. I have had plantar fasciitis for the past 6 months. Constantly and i mean CONSTANTLY in pain. I do about 12k steps a day so i needed help ASAP. I wear a foot brace at night, my orthopedic sandals out and at home i dont go a minute without my oofosSandals. But no matter how much effort i put in this left foot the pain is still there. Found these shoes on tiktok and decided to order. I was scared to put them on because they seemed stiff and it was alreadg 6pm ans ive hit over 10k steps so i was in PAIN. As soon as i got them on and began walking my eyes filled with TEARS! I cried to my husband that this was a feeling i have not felt in my left foot in a while. The fit is stiff but thats exactly what someone who has plantar fasciitis needs. I got the tan and pink color and know it will match with almost everything i own. Thank you brooks!!!

Der Schuh ist leicht und bequem.Keine Druck- und Nahtstelle, empfehlenswert, wenn man ein leichtes Problem mit Hallux Valgus hat.Würde ihn eine bis eineinhalb Nummern größer bestellen wie herkömmliche Schuhgröße, so dass man auch gute, dickere Socken anziehen kann.Für mich kann ich sagen👍
