Great for a good at home workout
Assembly was very easy. Looked up some exercises on YouTube and this thing gives you a great workout. I had never used resistance bands before, but you can really feel it in the muscles your working. Fit perfectly on my door.

Great Deal
This set seemed too good to be true for the price. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. It was easy to set up on my office door and the variety of bands, hand holds, and ankle straps make it possible to get a serious workout. The bands are very sturdy, the strap that goes around the door is well made, and there are a variety of loops so you can do tons of different angles for every body part. Excellent product.

Make sure the door doesn’t open and that your hanger is split on door top rqually
It’s good, easy to put up on your door and is very strong! You can use your ropes or tubes without worry that they’ll come undone or break! Te had great strength and endurance, no noise, very good resistance training!

Very Well Designed and Effective
I find the resistance bands provide just the right amount of tension. They are not stiff at all. They are not like heavy plastic but rather very rubbery. These makes it very easy to create different variations on the exercises. You can really feel your muscles are really getting a workout. The only problem I had was with locking the straps around the door. But what I discovered, after watching an installation video, is that I was making it more difficult then it really was. It is actually very simple and easy to do.

Clever system for a home gym!
What a great product for easy exercise! This system would work very well in small spaces. It is small enough to pack and take when traveling. The material is good quality. It stays in place on the door. I am very pleased with this product and it is a fraction of the cost of systems that need to be anchored into the wall!

Not good for a small space. Does not tighten all of the way. Seller refunded.
Updated: Seller wrote to me and offered me a full refund or a free upgrade to the version of this with the ratchet. I thought that was good. This version without the ratchet is too loose to use in a small space– I had it on my basement door in a hallway which would have had enough room had it been tight, but not enough with the give it had due to a staircase. The concept of this is great, but it’s not possible to tighten it all the way. If you are planning on using it in a smaller space like this, consider the ratchet one, though I can’t speak to its effectiveness because I did not get that one.

Buyer beware! Not the best quality. One of the hoops the bands go through snapped the first time i used it. The band flung at me and hit me full force in the chin. Not impressed at all.
