I like the product and you can tell you’ll get what you need out of a workout. However, it would be cool if the resistance bands were color coordinated so we know which ones match. It also would be helpful if it came with more workouts to follow instead of just a few suggestions for each item (bar, handle, wrap, etc).

Disappointed but hopeful
I am 5’3″ and it seems I may be on the shorter side to fully benefit from this product. But I’m still trying to figure out work arounds for that. Bands are NOT labeled so once you figure out which is which I would recommend marking them so you do not have to keep guessing. There is not a book or cheat sheet to help you learn workouts so you’ll have to figure that out on your own. Shipping was not great. It came in a busted open box but I do believe all the parts and pieces were there. Hopeful I can get a system down to make this functional for myself.

there is no wieght labels on the bands. so you need to figure it out for your self. just lazy. the handles feel like 10cents of plastic. im giving it one star because the bar seems to be well bilt, but that is where they stopped the quality control of this product. its sad just sad.

The board itself is a very good piece of gear which is why this gets 3 stars. But the resistance bands are not. Its supposed to be two 30lbs bands and two 50lb bands. First of all theyre both green which makes no sense. The only physical difference is a slight difference in length, so mark them accordingly so you can tell quickly. But the big problem is that the resistance is all over the place. The two “50s” are somewhat close but noticeably different and the “30s” are clearly very different. As a result, when you hook them to the bar, you get a very noticeable imbalance which has to be adjusted for and is distracting at best and ineffective at worst. If you buy this set be prepared to get a set of replacement bands — but also be warned that standard length bands are far too long for this unit and require you to wrap them through the loops to be useable. This wouldve been a great product if the bands were acceptably consistent. I considered returning it but Ill keep it for the base.

The product was sent through three different carrier’s Pitney bowes, destination carrier and finally Canpar and hence tracking available in amazon wasn’t up-to-date. Overall product looks good but the packaging was dirty and was slightly torn. Please also note that shipping charges needs to be paid by the customer if the product needs to be returned from Canada.
