Improved egg count
Egg count went from 8 to 16 2 years later, however did not improve my egg quality.

Good prenatal
Love the multi vitamin. Didn’t make me feel nauseous and didn’t have any side effect. It was easily digested. The only down fall is the price, but worth the buy

I’d give it 2.5/5 bc it lacks a good dose of choline. The recommended daily for pregnancy is 450mg of choline and there’s a lot of unnecessary ingredients imo but otherwise has everything you need for a prenatal!

I got the recommendation of this product and another company, from copilot. I checked them with my GP, and she confirmed this product has some additional ingredients which are helpful such as antioxidants and CoQ10. I should take Calcium supplement seperately. Multivitamins formula can’t have calcuim much because Calcium competes with rests. So if you need Calcium additionally take it seperatly at least 2 hours apart.I had concern about smell because of a comment here, but I found the smell and taste ok. I have uses different multivitamins and it is natural. If you want something include all good things, a minor smell worth it. It was not bad at all.
