SOLD! picky drinker with a positive review
Picky drinker here! I am super sensitive to artificial sweeteners of all kinds and super picky when it comes to these kind of drinks. These flavors are incredible- I’ve tried the raspberry and strawberry kiwi. They are sweet so I dilute with a lot of water for the flavor power I like and I really like that you can adjust in that way. It doesnt have the fake ultra-sweet taste and dissolves quickly without any chalky or funny texture. I have noticed in the past few weeks that my nails are super strong! I guess that’s the most obvious physical change but I do think it is helping my mood in a way and definitely helps me drink a ton more water!

Anything for health
The taste is good, no weird artificial flavoring. It’s early to tell if it’s helping but I like having it in the afternoon as a sweet drink. Slightly pricey as this is only 15 servings per bag.

Have to mix with more water but tastes good.
I’ve been using the packets for 2 weeks now. I fell like I have more energy and not so sluggish. The taste is a little sweet so I mix some of the powder with 32 oz of water. I repeat this 3x’s during the day. Helps me drink my 96 oz of water in a day.

I really like the flavor!
I found this product while I was looking for the Beam Dream sleep aid drink. I thought I would give it a try and see for myself how I liked it. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked the flavor. I usually do not care for the artificial taste of drinks like this. I did however like this flavor. I did add alittle extra water than it calls for to get the flavor to the right consistency. I used 1 1/2 water bottles worth of water for one packet of this stuff. It is easy to mix into the water and I like it cold. I am waiting to see how effective this is but am hopeful. I will give this a try and purchase it again if I find that he actually helps.

Weird reaction
I never leave reviews but felt like I needed to for this one. First; this flavor tasted like sugary penicillin. It was almost impossible to mix. It would seem like it would all be mixed up and then I would take a drink and get a mouthful of gritty powder. This also made me feel really weird. My head would get tingly and start burning after I drank it and my eyes would get itchy. It also made me very tired almost dizzy. I’ve taken lots of supplements and never had this problem. Maybe I’m allergic to something in the ingredients. But just a warning! And also curious on if this bothered anyone else because I haven’t read any reviews that talked about this! Was really hoping this would work for me!

Aftertaste and smell
So far I’ve only tried one packet in one water bottle and had to choke it down. It smells absolutely terrible and my breath smells that way after drinking it. I’ll finish the bag for the price I paid and hoping for results but there’s such a nasty smell and after taste that I’m not sure I could stand to continue using it. I purchased here before getting a subscription during the Black Friday sale to see if I even liked it and I’m glad I tried it first and found out. Bought raspberry flavor.
