Helpful and easy to take
My wife has been taking this to try to help with hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause. She has noticed that her hot flashes are less frequent, shorter, and less severe than before she started. She reports that the drops are easy to take and have a good flavor. The only downsides are that it can take a while to see the full effects and that you may have to take up to three doses per day, so one bottle may last for 30 days, 15 days, or 10 days, which means you’ll need multiple bottles to get to the 2 month mark where they suggest that you’ll see the full effects.She loves that the supplement is vegan, organic, 3rd party lab tested, and comes in a glass bottle!

I’ve been using Apothekary Every Phase herbal drops for a little while now and while I cannot honestly say they’ve made a noticeable difference in how I feel, there are no negative effects and I just trust this brand, so I am happy to keep using them. The blend of Mediterranean Pine Bark, Chaste Tree Berry, and Shatavari Root hopefully helps keep my mood balanced and my cycle more predictable. I love that it’s so easy to take—just a quick dropper in the evening, and it fits right into my routine. The taste is surprisingly okay, good enough to just take straight from the dropper. Although, you can also mix it with any drink. I also appreciate that it’s vegan, gluten-free, and third-party tested, so I know I’m putting something clean and trustworthy into my body. Overall, this brand has become one of my favorite natural wellness brands, and I’d highly recommend it to any woman looking for hormone balance and comfort.Although this product is a little more expensive than most, I would rather have good quality supplementation, and I believe this is what you are getting with this product and this brand. Highly recommended!

Hormone free solution for middle aged misery!?
I will admit that I was nervous to try this product, but so far, so good! It may be a placebo effect, but I felt like I noticed a little energy boost after just the first use. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects whatsoever. I’m hopeful that this product will end up being beneficial and effective with continued use.The ingredients consist of natural herbs and the taste reflects that. If you’ve ever had 100% cranberry juice without any sugar added, this taste is similar. It’s fruity, very tart, but also a little bitter. You could mix this into some water or juice if the taste is bothersome, but I don’t think it’s too bad.I researched the ingredients, the company, and the quality of the product very carefully before consuming it. I do this any time I try a new supplement. I didn’t find any cause for concern, but it’s always a good idea to ask your doctor or pharmacist if you’re unsure.If you’re middle aged and starting to experience the negative effects of perimenopause like me, it’s worth a shot to try something like this before turning to hormone therapy. Any product that can actually offer a bit of relief is worth the money.

The taste was kind of earthy with a hint that reminded me of old tea shops and I honestly laughed because I made a face and then immediately laughed at myself. After a few tries I started to look forward to the little dropper moment each morning almost like a quiet routine that felt only mine. One day I mixed it with water and sat on the porch with sunlight on my face and realized I actually felt calm which is not always easy for me. The feeling was not dramatic but more like a small steady rhythm inside that made the day flow smoother. I even brought it along during a short trip because I didn’t want to break the pattern and it fit perfectly in my bag. I noticed I started paying more attention to how my body felt before and after and that alone made me more mindful. It kind of became part of my morning soundtrack with coffee brewing and birds making noise outside.

I love Apothekary products, but this doesnt make me feel too good. I think I have issue with lemon balm. I otherwise normally like pretty much everything from Apothekary. Sometimes things are a miss.I dont get pain ever, but I thought hormonal balance as I get older would be good. I dont think I will finish this bottle to find out what I may experience over the course of a month. Looks like longer one takes it the more that can be achieved..
