Great balance of comfort and absorbency
These pads are my go-to. They’re super thin and comfortable, but still give really reliable protection. I like the long size — it makes me feel more secure, especially on heavier days. The wings help keep everything in place, and they don’t bunch up like some others I’ve tried. Also love that they’re unscented, which is better for sensitive skin. Great balance of comfort and absorbency!

Better Wings than Red Bull!
Let me just say: these pads have better wings than Red Bull ever dreamed of. They don’t flap, they don’t fold, they just stay put like a loyal best friend who knows you’re having a week.They’re thin enough that you forget you’re wearing them, but not so thin that you’re playing a dangerous game of “trust fall” with your own body. I’ve sneezed in public, run up stairs, and even survived the cough test without fear. That’s real engineering right there.The absorbency is impressive—like, NASA should honestly look into this technology for their space suits. And despite everything, they still somehow feel comfortable.Bottom line: if you’re looking for a pad that won’t betray you, Always Ultra Thin with Wings is the ride-or-die of period products. I ordered these based on the image shown in the product description, as that is the product available in the US and what I’ve used when I was living there. I wanted the one large pack of 126 pads. What I received instead were six small packs of 20 pads each. The size of the pad (2) was correct but that was all. The math works out fairly simply; six packs of 20 is not 126. This is all aside from the fact that six individual packs are more difficult to store than one large pack, when storage space is at a premium. This is why I had wanted a single pack.The use of the image of the single pack as an advertisement for the product the customer will receive is deceitful. Be aware of this when ordering.
