It a Nice size. I believe it will get the job done. Ease assembly. Value for the money not bad. Functional. It’s adjustable the part you sit on isn’t adjustable just the back only. The sturdiness is there the directions show that the feet are adjustable they extend more for a wider width if needed to be made more sturdy. Over all good product.

It’s easy to assemble only complaint is that there is no way to lock back into place just kinda uses body wait to hold it into the notches other than that it seems very strong and lightweight definitely item as described but only concern is the back rest seating into the hooks with nothing else.

Es realmente Muy practica debido a que la puedes doblar y ocupa muy poco espacio, resiste mucho se siente de buena calidad además de que es de un tamaño ideal para personas medianas (167 cm) y hasta personas un poco mas altas yo creo que hasta 175 cm

Me gusto este banco, pero he de decir que tiene algunos pequeños detalles. En ciertas posturas se siente un poco inseguro, todo el peso lo reciben los pernos quita-pon y el perno que sostiene la parte trasera. Pero estos pernos no son de un calibre muy grueso, yo no soy muy alto apenas 167 y peso 76 kg. aprox. y al recargar todo mi peso mas el de las pesas de 30 lbs se siente como el banco se contorsiona un poco. En mi opinión como usuario creo que no esta echo para personas muy grandes o robustas. Los materiales están bien, los metales se ven resistentes y tiene suficientes grados de inclinación, si puedes reforzar con algo mas el agarre del perno por la parte de atrás es mucho mejor.En general es buen producto, lo recomiendo para empezar con lo básico en casa.
