How did the 321 STRONG Massage Roller come to be?
My own physical therapy journey suffered as a result of the tools available at the time.
Smooth rollers, and half rollers didn’t help me overcome lower back pain. This lead to our own 321 STRONG massage roller offering, which has undergone several evolutions before finally becomming the product before you today.
We’ve invested heavily into R&D and have made many innovative improvements to the massage roller in the 10 years since its release.

Great set, easy to transport, a little shorter than expected
Super cute! A bit shorter than I thought it would be, so might not stretch across the whole back for people who are a bit bigger.Comes with straps that make it easy to transport. Lid works well. Wish that all the piece fit inside though. One of the smaller rollers is just short of fitting in.Nice and sturdy and great for the knots. Would recommend overall. Great set for the price and cute colors!

Ok but very hard
Nothing wrong with this set I just found the roller too hard to use (the foam is hard like plastic) same with the roller stick just don’t really work for me. Nice idea to put it together in a kit but I preferred other brands that had the softer foam.

A masseuse you only have to pay once.
Get the pressure exactly where you want it, as long as you want it, applied how you want it. They are even going to go on vacation with me.I’ve had these a little over a month and they seem very durable.

It’s large roller is amazing for rolling out your back and quads, the hand held for arns/calfs and minor muscle aches đź’Ş love the ball includes for deep tissue and foot massage

I had a knee replacement in Jan 2024. Have had several set backs. Most recent…pulled hamstring on the surgery leg. This foam roller and accessories are worth every penny.

Too hard, but clever storage
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this because it had all the accessories and convenient that most can be stored with in the roller. Â The roller is itself is extremely hard and not the best to roll on – more painful than it should be.Â
