Band resistance all the same
I was really disappointed when I recieved this bevauss the resistant bands all are same which I expect them to have different resistance levels. The cords to attach to each ankle strap have different weight resistance but that’s it. the highest it goes 30lbs, I’m a beginner at working out and these did not even challenge me
