Wonderful Organic Vitamin for Women Over Forty
I’ve been taking Garden of Life mykind vitamins for almost ten years and love them! Designed for women over forty, these vitamins support breast health and contain turmeric and biotin, which I had been taking separately before I realized they were included. I appreciate that the vitamins are made from organic fruits, herbs, and veggies. As a business owner, I rarely have time to eat a complete lunch and just grab a protein bar, so these pills balance out my nutrition. The vitamins and minerals are far over the recommended daily value, so it’s really the only pill I need to take. Easy on my stomach, these pills give me a lot of energy, and I love that they’re gluten free, vegan, and made responsibly. Until recently, I was only taking one pill per day, and that seemed to be enough, but after examining the label, I tried the recommended dose of two pills per day, and I feel great! The only downside is they are a tad pricey and there are always a few pills in the bottle that are broken in half, but they are well worth it. It provides me with great comfort knowing that these vitamins were made specifically for my needs.

Very high-quality vitamin that is very easy to absorb into the body. I love that it’s made from Whole Foods ingredients and it’s just all around the best quality vitamin around. HOWEVER, I do have to add in a complaint that a lot of the vitamins came broken in half.

Fantastic vitamins
These are fantastic. My absolute favorite now that I’ve found them. I take one every day, and I can tell if I forget to take it. I do have to take with food however because if I don’t I get nauseated.

Good multivitamin
I like the fact that this brand is third party tested, which at least gives me some assurances that what they say is in the vitamin is actually in there.These are slightly larger than some vitamins, such as Centrum and you have to take two a day (meaning this 120 -count bottle is a 60-day supply), but they aren’t difficult to swallow and have a pleasant odor and taste. There have been no ill effects from taking multivitamin.These are a bit expensive though in my opinion as opposed to other brands and at times is hard to find in stock.The vitamins are fresh and a very complete multivitamin with the nutrients needed for women over 40. My better half reported that she has been sleeping better after taking vitamins and feels more rested.4 stars

No after taste, swallow easy.
I asked ChatGPT what the best woman vitamins were and these were among the top 5. I read the reviews and decided to try them. They are very big however they swallow smoothly. I take them before bed and have had zero issues feeling sick with taking them, they do not leave an after taste and I do feel slightly more energetic. My body was lacking vitamins and I just needed a pick me up to boost my energy. I see a slight difference but I think my body needs more time. I’ll continue taking them.
