If you are really looking for something clean, this is it. If you want it thick add chia seeds or strawberries.

Ich habe sonst immer herkömmliches Eiweißpulver gekauft, es aber leider nie vertragen – Bauchschmerzen waren vorprogrammiert. Dann wurde mir diese Marke empfohlen und ich habe gesehen, dass sie auch eine Ersatzmahlzeit anbietet. Seitdem bin ich wirklich begeistert!Der Geschmack ist angenehm ausgewogen, nicht künstlich süß und man merkt sofort, dass nur gute Zutaten enthalten sind. Mich hält eine Portion tatsächlich 4–5 Stunden satt. Ich bereite es gerne mit Kokosdrink aus dem DM zu und gebe oft noch Tiefkühlfrüchte dazu. Schön finde ich auch, dass man kleine Kakao-Bits bzw. weiche Stückchen beim Trinken spürt – macht das Ganze noch interessanter.Besonders begeistert mich, dass sogar Darmbakterien enthalten sind – für mich ein echter Pluspunkt. Nächstes Mal werde ich auf jeden Fall Erdbeer probieren.Von mir gibt es ganz klar 5 Sterne!
